Comment : Worse place to possibly have your vehicle worked on we have to leave for out West on a 2200 mile trip and if we have an accident there will be repercussions it s their responsibility now not mine !!!

Comment : A very unpleasant experience. The person who made my appointment was confused and treated me as though I was not aware of what he said to me when I made an appointment. He told me it should take about 2 hours to do the repairs on my truck and did I have someone to pick me up. I told him that I would just wait in their lobby and read a book. When I arrived for my appointment on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 8:45, the mechanic looked at my list of some minor problems, he started frowning. I thought he could not read my writing. He blurted out - "We can't do this! You will have to come back and leave the truck for DAYS!" These items were the blinkers, tail lights, seatbelts would not click. Nothing like overhaul the motor or put on new brakes!!!! The man who made my appointment said, "We have other things to do!" Why did he make a 2 hour plus appointment? He said the owner, who I do not know and have never met, walked with me to my vehicle and I told him to just look it over. Seriously? He just made that story up in his head! If I was a man, I feel sure that they would not have acted in such a disrespectful manner. I'm glad they have things they have to do, because I will never return. I found another business where the people there, including the owner, treated me with respect. The atmosphere was completely different; pleasant, friendly and the owner went over my list with me, even though a nice couple was waiting to see him. They will have all of my business!
