Comment : I dropped off my car here and they said they would call me to tell me what is going on. They did not. I called back at the end of the day asking if they had a chance to look at it, he said that he already fixed it! While its nice they worked fast, they also did NOT receive authorization from me to start the work, and did not give me a quote before hand. If they had, I wouldve gone somewhere else, as the labor was extremely high for an upstream oxygen sensor (330$ for labor). Next day, check engine light came back. Took to a different shop, much happier with them. Will not be returning here.

Comment : I come from a very long line of mechanics, so I don’t trust many other people under the hood. That said, I was really happy to have found Weber’s for my vehicle maintenance when family was not an option. As a woman, I think we all know what I’m typically met with at a shop, and that’s not the case here at all. It’s pure integrity at Weber’s, from drop off to pick up… I’m so happy shops like this still do exist!
