Comment : Been meaning to write this review awhile ago and I never write reviews. I had bought an F250 in LA that needed some belts replaced same day since I was about to drive across the country. I'm not from LA and this place was walking distance from where I was staying. I drove the truck there in the morning and they said they could get done the same day. I walked back maybe 30 min before close and they were having trouble getting a part. I believe the closest one was in Burbank and it wouldn't deliver in time. I'm not sure his name but the tech drove to pick up the part and installed it even though it was maybe an hour after closing. Mind you it was Friday night. He said, "I told you I'd get it done today." Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. Will 100% use again if the need arises. Thanks Webb.

Comment : Got my hitch installed. Customer service was excellent and they installed my hitch in less than hour. Pricing was very competitive. Overall very satisfied with this shop.
