Comment : Went without a vehicle for about 3 days, never got back to me on the price after my insurance was ran to see the costs so I could back and forth to work that week. My oil change light is still saying I'm due for a new one even though I received one was while my car was being maintenance. The communication wasn't the best while my car was being serviced, but at least Waxahachie Ford doesn't flat out cause vehicle damage like Grand Prairie Ford. Even though the communication wasn't the best in my experience I still trust this dealership over Grand Prairie Ford.
