Comment : They did a great job repairing 2 recalls. One required removal of some inside trim pieces and the headliner and they did a great job! Too bad I had 2 recalls on a truck I've had about 14 months. But that's the way of the world now, it seems.

Comment : They didn't top off my radiator or windshield fluid they tried to sell me radiator service since I declined it guess they say they are not adding any antifreeze or windshield wiper fluid

Comment : Service advisor Calvin was great . The shop had trouble again inspecting my 2021 F150. It took 4 1/2 hours for the inspection. This is the third year in a row that they have had problems. They say it is a Ford issue.

Comment : When I arrived they took my information quickly to allow me to leave. When I picked up my truck the service advisor mentioned that they key fob had broke and they replaced with a new one.

Comment : I paid for "The Works" which is oil change, tire rotation, brake check and several other inspection points. They did not rotate my tires or do a brake check, and can only assume the bare minimum oil change was done and nothing else.
