Comment : Only issue I had was that when I made the appointment, the representative stated that this was my 3rd oil change and it was free due to Jeep allow up to 3 oil changes on them. (I had a text from the dealership verifying the free oil change). The 4th would be my responsibility. When I brought the jeep to the service department, a different representative said it was not covered due to time. Representative did gave me $10 off on the service. Would have been better to know this was not covered prior to bring the jeep in for service.
