Comment : I had a very great experience with the service team at watermark ford.
My vehicle was not originally purchased from them, however they treated me with genuine customer service. Will Absher did a great Job taking care of us. My vehicle repair was a major and costly repair just outside of warranty, however they were very honest and transparent with us throughout the process and stayed on top of our vehicle repair from start to finish. They were able to get us up and running in much less time than we expected.
They are very professional and I highly recommended them. Having such a great experience with the service team, it will be a deciding factor on where we purchase our next vehicle.

Comment : I had an appointment for break repair and oil change on Thursday at 7 am. When I got there the brake man was all booked up until the following Monday. The brakes r catching not safe to drive. This has been the first time it has happen. I made an appointment to have tire sensors replaced I get there an they had no senors. They made another appointment, I get there an the senors didn't come in. I received no call to inform me that senors didn't come in. I guess 3x is a charm on the 3rd visit they had senors. They r good at oil changes and tire rotation any thing else go some where else.
