Comment : Hit road debris coming back to Illinois from Virginia on Monday. Watermark Ford had my truck repaired by Tuesday afternoon. Their shuttle service picked me up from my Dad's house in Carterville to pick up my truck. Great service!

Comment : Tom took our phone call even though he wasn't even on the clock that day. After our test drive, when we arrived the following day, Travis had the paper work already printed, the amount was exactly what the estimated total would be and we were done in less than a half an hour.

Comment : Just bought my new truck today and had a great experience at Watermark. TJ and Jon were fantastic people and really walk you through every step and option. TJ shows you ALL of the ins-and-outs of the vehicle and together with Jon made me comfortable and able to understand everything concerning price/finance/warranties/etc. 6 out of 5 stars, thanks guys!
