Comment : This review is long overdue. Waterloo Automotive is a shop I???ve been going to for a little over five years. What I can tell you about this shop, and every employee, is that they truly care. I have never once felt taken advantage of. With every service they send a detailed report before they call. They do this so that you can have a full understanding before you make a decision.Waterloo Automotive has fit me in multiple times last minute when my vehicle has broken down. I truly trust them. Not only that, but when my car has broken down in the past and I was in a panic trying to find a temporary vehicle, they offered me a loaner.If you are looking for an automotive shop that truly cares, isn???t here to take your money, who will do an outstanding, honest job EVERY TIME, who gives the best customer service around, and will know you by name - then Waterloo Automotive is the place. Comment : I moved out of the area just over a year ago and tried to find a new, reputable shop - and failed. It's a two hour drive from where I live now, but it is so worth it to come back here. A local shop in my new area told me I needed a specific type of repair. I had a big hunch that I didn't. I took my car back to Waterloo Automotive for some routine maitenance, and wouldn't you believe it? That repair the other shop said I "needed" did not exist. I 10000% support this shop. They are very honest and up front; they won't make up fake repairs to get money out of you. I will be coming back here for as long as I can.

Comment : Had three codes pop up on my jeep and after checking a few places decided to give Waterloo Auto a call based on the reviews. Talked to Brandon and made an appt and dropped the car off early. Within a few hours I received a call stating they d got to it early and could have it back to me the next day. Brandon kept me updated and informed explained everything. I would suggest you give them a call if a problem arises
