Comment : We been using Waterloo Automotive for years because they are both very friendly and trustworthy. They've never thrown parts at an issue at an attempt to fix the problem. They use stepwise troubleshooting to 1. quickly diagnose the issue and 2. try and save the customer from buying parts/services that we potentially wouldn't need. Communication is also great.

They've also been so kind as to help a couple my wife's students with troubleshooting car issues and doing everything they could to give sound advice and help with repairs. Super-awesome people who care about others, and we appreciate it.

Thanks Brandon and Josh for helping us. As always, if we have car issues, we'll be back!

Comment : I would definitely NOT recommend this shop to anyone. This used to be a nice shop until the new owners, Josh and Dave, took over. The owners are unethical and untrustworthy. Josh is demeaning and demoralizing to his staff; even yelling at employees in front of customers. He also runs around town trash talking customers and employees. My family used to funnel a lot of business their way, but the way this place is ran I will no longer do that. Please think twice before patronizing this business!
