Comment : I highly recommend Waterloo Automotive as a place for friendly and honest work. Our first experience was with our daughter's car. They did a great job and really worked around her schedule. We were so impressed that now we take our car there. They are very thorough when checking the car out, make recommendations, explain everything very well and do a great job. But what we appreciate the most is that they are honest.

Comment : I started coming to this shop in 2006. I would definitely NOT recommend this shop to anyone anymore. This used to be a nice shop until the newer owners, Josh and Dave, took over. The owners are unethical and untrustworthy. Josh is demeaning and demoralizing to his staff; even yelling at employees in front of customers. He also runs around town trash talking customers and employees. My family used to funnel a lot of business their way, but the way this place is ran I will no longer do that. Please think twice before patronizing this business!!!!
