Comment : I would definitely NOT recommend this shop to anyone. This used to be a nice shop until the new owners, Josh and Dave, took over. The owners are unethical and untrustworthy. Josh is demeaning and demoralizing to his staff; even yelling at employees in front of customers. He also runs around town trash talking customers and employees. My family used to funnel a lot of business their way, but the way this place is ran I will no longer do that. Please think twice before patronizing this business!

Comment : These guys have saved me more times than I can count! They are honest (which is rare these days), hard working, efficient, and genuinely good people. If I ever had to leave waterloo, I wouldn't care how long of a drive back I'd have to use their services again.
