Comment : I recently broke up with a well known auto shop in the area. I don t want to name names, but it rhymes with Cobbs. They were constantly recommending services and I always needed new filters. I stumbled upon Waterloo Automotive after getting my side view mirror knocked off. They were so kind and let me know they don t really do body work, but they recommended a local shop that does. So I knew I had to come back from that alone. I came in for my first oil change and received the warmest welcome. They explained everything, and guess who didn t need new filters! Well I actually did, but only because Cobbs installed the wrong size previously. In addition, they secured my skid plate that Cobbs left bolts off of. I m a single lady who works on one income and the security of knowing they care about my car and my money is something I cannot thank them enough for!! They were honest with me about pricing from the start and very thorough in their inspections of the car and gave very detailed feedback on all issues.They are completely fair and trustworthy in their work quality and pricing. I got quoted to fix thesame problem at suntrup ford in Waterloo and they wanted 3x more than what Waterloo automotive charged me.
