Comment : Took the car in for what turned out to be an o2 sensor issue. Code was throwing downstream but turned out to be upstream. They fixed it however in the process broke the bolts to the heat/skid plate on my Scion XB and now there's a constant rattle thanks to it. Didn't even communicate that with me and after getting under there and looking, it looks like they tried to JB weld it and did a botch job.

Took it to these guys as a close friend recommended them and I regret it 100%

Comment : My mother has been going to Washington and lee auto for years, she sent me to them and if you are looking for mechanics that get straight to business as she said they are very sufficient and everyone was very helpful. I will be going back if I experience car troubles again and will highly recommend them to others.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Horrible business with horrible customer service & professionalism is even worse. Called in to make sure it was ok to have my car towed in for service because they were recommended by AAA & was told yes and probably would be looked at the next morning. I?m glad I accompanied the tow truck to this place because their true colors showed once I arrived. The guy I spoke with Dick or Doc whatever his name is he?s a real DocHead and has no clue how to be a professional or even communicate with customers. He?s yelling and raising his voice because a question was asked he obviously has some issues that he needs to deal with. I got my car outta there quick and would never spend a penny with this horrible business. Come to find out they have a long track record of having terrible customer service. It?s very unfortunate and needs to be addressed and FIXED!

Comment : This is the worse place I?ve ever been too brought my jeep up there they had it all day to diagnose the battery called them several times to see what?s going on said somebody would call back finally 20 min before they close I call them back like ain?t y?all about to close what?s up with my car get there dude had a shitty attitude I?m like you had the car all day you should?ve been called and told me something long story short I?ll never bring a car too these people I still don?t know what?s wrong with it taking it to another shop in the morning. Go find a better place people
