Comment : I brought my truck in to get the remote starter looked at because it was giving me issues to find out that they found nothing wrong with it. It’s done this to me before (in which case they let me know that and I didn’t get charged because they did no work to it). Instead this time even knowing that it worked for them they still connected their coding machine so they’d find nothing wrong with it and hit me for the $133 charge even though they did absolutely nothing to it because nothing was wrong. I found this in poor taste because last time this happened they just let me go after it worked for them no charge. Instead this time they made sure to take me of my $133 even though they knew it was working properly. I found it absurd that they did this especially when I purchased my truck at this location and have shown my loyalty to this location. Was not at all happy with the service would give 0 if I could.

Comment : Went in for an inspection and to replace one tire pressure sensor (3/4 were working just fine). Left with more issues than it came in with. They wanted to charge me $200 for replace the one sensor when AutoZone has it for only $50 each. So I declined and said
I would replace it myself.
Got in my car and now all 4 sensors are not reading. They claim they didn't touch them. I call bullshit. Not going back for anything non-warranty related ever again.

Comment : Heather at Washington Chevrolet was invaluable, from directing me on how to arrange towing to setting up a loaner vehicle. I was surprised at how quickly Washington Chevrolet could obtain and install parts, plus complete recall work. I am delighted with their commitment to my satisfaction.
