Comment : The service team was very efficient and transparent about my issue and did not cover garage me for diagnosis of the issue like my previous Chevrolet service at Bortz Chevrolet. I am willing to drive a further distance for honest and reliable service than my previous experience where I felt like I was blind sided by having to have an open check book and a complete lack of trust, honesty and transparency. We gave thousands of dollars to our previous Chevrolet dealership/Service department where we bought numerous expensive vehicles over the years and we were not treated with the honesty, transparency, and integrity we were treated with at Washington Chevrolet. I hope this is always the case and thank you to Washington Chevrolet for restoring our faith and trust that we are not an open checkbook with limitless resources to care for our vehicles.
