Comment : Tyler and Mario did a really great job. They allowed me to explain what was going on. They explained what my best option would be with getting things back the right track. They got me into a newer and better vehicle. I had been to 5 other dealerships and just couldn't get anything done. And these guys made it happen. We will definitely be back in the future!

Comment : My family and I have been loyal customers of this dealership for years — my brother, my parents, and I have all purchased vehicles here, and my parents have always brought their car here for service. Unfortunately, my parents’ most recent experience was deeply disappointing.

They brought their vehicle in for a transmission sensor replacement and an oil change. They were told they’d have to wait 2–3 days for extended warranty approval — which is understandable — but the oil change was never performed. When they realized this after getting home and called back, they were met with hostility from a gentleman in the service department who insisted they “never asked” for an oil change.

As someone who works in the automotive industry myself, I find this unacceptable. You never blame the customer for a service oversight, especially when they’ve been loyal for years. To make matters worse, while my dad was waiting to speak with the service advisor in person, the gentleman never even looked up from his phone to acknowledge him.

My parents also sat in the showroom for two hours waiting for their vehicle, and no one came to update them or let them know it was ready. This is not the level of professionalism or customer care that should be expected from any dealership, let alone one that has benefited from years of our family’s business.

Comment : Not impressed with this place at all. Their 'deal' was ridiculous. We asked for an out the door price numerous times on a new car and they wouldn't give us one, just a bunch of overpriced monthly payment options. While waiting there, I observed another salesman working with an older couple. They said they wanted to go get lunch and think about it and come back. The salesman was trying to pressure them to make a decision first. When they insisted to go have lunch and left, the salesman was rolling his eyes and slamming down paperwork as they walked out. Seemed really unprofessional. We left.

They then started sending emails to me, with the greeting only to my husband, asking if he was still in the market for a vehicle. I replied that WE were and explained what we were looking for and just wanted an out the door price without a trade. Wouldn't respond to me, but started calling my husband the next day leaving messages. They made it clear that I didn't matter, even though I work full time and my money will be going towards this purchase. We'll go somewhere else.

Comment : I purchased my custom-ordered vehicle from out of state so I never got meet anyone here (except for Richard who delivered my truck), but the whole experience was 5/5. I got a very fair deal all the way around (purchase price, trade in, and delivery). Thank you to Jacob and all the folks at Warrensburg Ford for an awesome truck-buying experience!
