Comment : Zero stars if possible. Zero stars if possible. Took my car in for a simple brake booster recall. They never even test-drove it (mileage in = mileage out). Minutes later on the highway, my brakes locked up, metal grinding, engine racing—pure danger.

I returned, and instead of owning their mistake, they slapped me with a $1,554 bill for a new braking system that only failed because of their negligence. They charged me every penny.

This dealership put me at risk, destroyed my brakes, and then made me pay for it. Avoid Ford Warrensburg at all costs.Deanne Ladd is a straight up liar.

Comment : Big shout out to Jay and Mario at Warrensburg Ford! Jay helped me turn my upside down equity from my unreliable trade in to a new Ford Escape with warranties. The difference in my payments is very minimal. The value in the safety of my family is priceless. The dealership we bought the used car from would not make things right. They wanted us to lease a hybrid, put the upside down equity on that lease. Pay twice as much for 3 years. Thank you again Jay for listening to what I wanted and making the magic happen! You rock! I also have to that Mario, finance guru, was very organized. The signing and finances was very streamlined and organized even when things came up, my fault, he redid the paperwork fast and efficient. My past experience was slow and the finance individual misplaced my cash down payment. Mario was even able to reduce my payment from the original price I was told Saturday. These guys are amazing. Check them out!

Comment : Before purchasing any vehicle I always do extensive research and save several vehicles I can monitor to watch for price movement before the MUCH DREADED haggling begins with dealers. I ESPECIALLY dread the warranty office from past experiences lasting SEVERAL hours! For the first time in YEARS I interacted with a dealership that made all of it PAINLESS! Even when doing their job and presenting what they had to I didn't have to argue or fight constant pressure or bullying- SUCH A BREATHE OF FRESH AIR!!!!!!! In and OUT with my new car in UNDER 30 minutes making it that much easier to start the road trip home!!!!!!! Sooooooo GRATEFUL for Bryan and his team for actually LISTENING to what I wanted and not making my trip unbearable! VERY Thankful! I wish I could of gave the warranty guy a sale but they just aren't for us, but the "no pressure" went much further with me than I have seen in YEARS! Will recommend to others! Thank you!!!
