Comment : My man Riley (the service manager) knows my Jeep better than me! 😂 He drives one too, so it's cool to just talk Jeep stuff while I'm there in addition to knowing my ride is getting the genuine parts and service to keep it running (currently at 190k miles and counting) from the folks that know it best!!

Comment : The two men I worked closest with were Thomas and Chris. Both were amazingly helpful, kind and attentive to my needs and continue to be as well with follow up care. They knew what I needed and did everything within their power to make it happen. Thanks guys!
Added: three months and a few visits later the staff still amazes me with their kindness!
1 year update- I've returned with my adult son to look into a used vehicle. We left after an hour because they were trying far to hard to put him into a contract that was clearly more than he could handle even after we voiced clear concers and stated exactly what he was needing.
Today I returned for an oil change on the vehicle I originally purchased. The people have always been polite but I'm not overly thrilled with the services provided, or lack thereof. I wasn't informed of changes to my policy and was charged considerably more than I was comfortable paying. Also, I had payed for this same service when living on the west coast where it was complimentary to also have all liquids checked/topped off, tire pressure checked and the vehicle vacuumed if requested.
This dealership only compleats the oil change. This isn't an issue really but rather an obligation.
