I didn't have an appointment but they were able to work me in and get me out in a short amount of time. Fast friendly service. 1 Reviews Tj trible Warrensburg, MO Reviewed : 08/28/2025 Comment : I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Warrensburg Dodge. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and genuine care. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel like a chore, but not here—it was smooth, straightforward, and honestly enjoyable.A huge shoutout to Ralph, my salesman. He went above and beyond every step of the way—listened to what I needed, answered every question, and never once tried to push me into something I didn’t want. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I drove away in the right vehicle for me. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and Ralph delivered it effortlessly. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle and want an experience that’s honest, easy, and stress-free, I highly recommend Warrensburg Dodge—and make sure you ask for Ralph. You won’t be disappointed! 1 Reviews Chris hastings Warrensburg, MO Reviewed : 08/28/2025 Comment : 1 Reviews Kallie smit Warrensburg, MO Reviewed : 08/21/2025 Comment : Before writing this review I tried to remedy this in house by emailing and calling Troy Turpin and Cory Flamm but have not received an email or a call back.I requested service for the following:• Tire alignment• Oil change• Clicking noise while idling• Stop/Start System Warning Light activating and hood unlatching afterwardWhen I called for an update, and when my husband picked up the vehicle at 5:30 p.m., we were told the same thing: they think clicking noise was “likely” due to the lifters on the engine and would require disassembly to confirm. We were also told that if this were the issue, the necessary part was on extreme backorder—approximately 6–7 months—and advised to wait until the warranty was close to expiring before proceeding. Why would I continue to drive my car and bring it back when the warranty is about to expire to get fixed? That makes no sense?I do not feel comfortable driving my family in a vehicle based on guesswork. They also tried to charge me $150 for their guess. There is a Technical Service Bulletin they have access to titled “Engine Vibration Noise When Idling in Gear” for this model, yet the proper diagnostic procedures to rule it out were not performed. If disassembly is truly required to diagnose the issue and the part is already on extended backorder, delaying the process seems counterproductive and potentially unsafe. This “diagnosis” was also presented to my husband in a lighthearted manner, with jokes about “how Jeep engines run,” which undermined the seriousness of the situation. They said the issue with the start stop light and the hood popping was because the latch was dirty and that the light, which only comes on prior to the hood popping, are unrelated. They also don’t know why the light comes on but (like the other issue) to just wait until it comes back on and bring it in.Additionally, despite leaving my vehicle with the shop from the night before until 5:30 p.m. the next day, the oil change I requested was not completed. 1 Reviews Ashley jennings Warrensburg, MO Reviewed : 08/09/2025 Comment : 1 Reviews Hunter Warrensburg, MO Reviewed : 08/06/2025 Comment : To add insult to injury they’ve painted you a picture of perfection from their eyes. Here is the gods honest truth texted to me from there service writer!! No answer in the initial diag, yet for $4-500 more, we’ll know exactly what the problem is. Unless you leave us a 1 star review, then we will have answers😂 what a joke 1 Reviews Hunter burton Warrensburg, MO Reviewed : 08/06/2025 Comment : My experience was disappointing, to say the least. I brought my vehicle in for an electrical issue that drains the battery overnight. After paying a diagnostic fee, no issue was found or fixed. I was then quoted an additional $400 just for further diagnostics.I declined and left, only to have my car die two blocks from the dealership — despite it being a running, driving vehicle when I arrived. Even after replacing the battery, it wouldn’t start. It took them 45 minutes just to jump it initially. When I voiced my concerns, the GM chose to deflect rather than acknowledge the limits of his mechanical knowledge. With over a decade in custom automotive work, four ASE certifications, and shop management experience, I can confidently say this service was unacceptable.I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. 1 Reviews Shawn morsbach Warrensburg, MO Reviewed : 08/02/2025 Comment : 1 Reviews Duane pries Warrensburg, MO Reviewed : 07/20/2025 Comment : The sales people are very friendly and eager to help.
