Comment : Great service. Went to a previous shop somewhere else and they told me nothing was wrong. I came here and they told me about everything that was wrong and were very quick to amend the problem!

Comment : Arrogant and not the most welcoming bunch of seniors, requesting a simple service turned into an entire emotional lecture about how everyone thinks they know what they're talking about. I couldn't care less, troubleshoot the problem and save your whining for the wife. He then claimed that "If you can find a mechanic that can look at your car same day, be my guest" which was just another wasteful act of arrogance and ego. All in all, terrible service and too emotionally challenged of an owner to give a simple task a simple answer. Comment : Excellent service! Professional! Trustworthy!and Affordable! We all know, or should know, that finding good mechanic is like finding a good doctor or dentist and Warran is just that. Stop wasting your time and money hoping you found one of the good guys, Warran is it. I write a good review when it's worth it just like I'd write a bad one. Comment : I have been a customer of Warren Automotive for a few years. Not one time have I felt cheated or taken advantage of. There s a reason that they are often booked solid. That reason is integrity. These people know their business and they are a treasure to this community. Far too often, it is perceived that women don t know anything about cars, and therefore they get taken advantage of. That will NOT happen here. Also, I want to encourage anyone with young adults that they are trying to teach to adult, again Warren s is the place to send them. They talked to my 19 yr old abt his car repairs and answered all of his questions. They were patient with him as he gathered his thoughts. He gained a great deal of confidence from this interaction.

Comment : Even though there is a subway closer to me, I prefer to make the drive to Bay St Louis for the better everything . It's cleaner and Friendlier. The new guy had a little language barrier but we worked it out.

Comment : Warren automotive repair center are the greatest they diagnosed my suspension problem for my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They shopped the parts to get me the best price!! I love it, who does that for you?? The parts came in about two days later. I dropped the car off and they provided transportation back to my home and when my car was done they came and picked me up and brought me back to the shop. My estimate and the final price was the same. I totally recommend they know what they re doing and they enjoy what they do. These are the Good Guys!
