Comment : I was out of state with a broke down vehicle and just tryingg to get home. OMG this place was my life saver. After going to 2 other shops with either no assistance or wrong info. The staff very knowledgeable and reasonable prices.

THANK U I MADE IT BACK TO Shreveport.

Comment : On a family vacation from Texas to Florida we had driven from Louisiana to stay two nights in Bay St Louis before completing our trek to Florida. During that drive we heard a rattling noise coming from under the hood get more pronounced and louder. Being a Saturday night and all shops closed on Sunday we were definitely feeling the stress of what we needed to do especially with four small children. We found Warren Automotive and I thank god we did. We showed up when they opened on Monday and Warren Automotive was able to look at our vehicle within 10 min of arriving. They diagnosed our vehicle and gave us all the options. They were able to get the part our vehicle needed and had us back on the road the same day. I don’t think I could recommend them enough. They were honest and professional. Warren automotive alleviated so much stress off us and kept our vacation on track. The kids didn’t even notice anything was wrong and I’m so grateful for the team that helped make our family trip a success.

Comment : They are out of business. Shop closed and empty. They were good until then, and I liked them.

Comment : I had a screw bolt stuck in my tire, so I gave them a call and was told to bring my car in right away. They had it fixed within an hour. Super friendly and professional people! I highly recommend them.

Comment : Super knowledgeable and very friendly. Had a wheel bearing go out on my car. Called them and they said to bring it by on Good Friday and they were already ordering the part. Dropped it off in the morning and they had it ready by mid-afternoon. I'm going to drive down from the Jackson area in a week to have them deal with the rest of the issues I am having with my car.
