Comment : your place is trash , Will never be back. Horrible customer service, I just recently went to get an alignment. They said they can't do it because I need ball joints, I replaced the ball joints and made another appointment. Then they said they can't do it because I need a pitman arm and a tie rod. That's two simple parts. I already have the appointment. I could have easily got the part from the local parts store. I guess if they wasn't lazy and wanted to work on people's stuff they could have easily done it, they're Cheap easy to find parts and they still didn't do the alignment waste of time again. I'd recommend anywhere but here, if you don't want to be jerked around, screw that place

Comment : I had a blow out in my rental, and the rental company took hours to send an approval for my tire replacement. Doug went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, even going as far as having a team member take me to get food. I am not a Ruston resident, but I will never forget the amazing customer service at this location. Completely genuine. I will never forget it.

Comment : I brought my vehicle up to them to get a coolant leak looked at. we got it back and they said they fixed it about 3 weeks later agin the coolant was still leaking I brought the car back up to them to get it fixed again. We left and was told whatever was wrong this time was fixed. Again a few weeks later a coolant leak appeared at this point I realized they were trying to get as much money out of me as possible and not actually diagnosing the problem. I brought it to another mechanic who instantly told me the water pump was broken and does not understand how they could have possibly not seen it. They also could not do a tire alignment to save their life I had to get it re-done 4 different times. I hope whoever reads this does not take a chance with them they will screw you over and will not give a discount or anything to fix their mistakes rather they will make you keep paying for random things.

Comment : I have never experienced this type of service. All communication was via phone calls and text with Vince. He went above and beyond and he saved me a ton of money. He was thorough, prompt, and genuinely kind.
