Comment : Pulled in Ruston store less than hour untill closing. Had a blow out that destroyed my rim on my camper. They replaced all four tires for me, found a replacement rim, mounted all and had us back on the road before they closed! Thank you all again for helping travelers a long way from home.

Comment : I own my own Moving Company based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado and I was doing a long haul to Tampa Florida hauling my customers Porsche in my enclosed 26 foot car hauler. I hit a chug hole on the highway in Louisiana and had a blowout on my rear tire passenger side of my trailer. I pulled over at the nearest exit and found a gas station. I called Walpole tires out of Ruston, Louisiana and talk to Dennis told him my situation and ask him if he had a tire and a rim. He told me that he had a tire for me, but I had to find a rim and give me a number to call. I called that number and that person give me a different number to call and I called that number and finally got a rim for $60 called Dennis back and he agreed to go pick the rim up and bring the tire and come change my tire and rim off of my trailer after the Guy got done. Dennis called me and the price went from two hundred to two hundred fifty dollars to four hundred dollars. I asked Dennis why it was so high and he said that s just how it goes. I was in a bad situation and needed to get to Florida so I paid it and went on about my business feeling like I got taken advantage of I get into Florida and the tire that they just put on my trailer was flat. I take it to another tire shop. They take it off and check it and they couldn t find anything wrong with it. They put a new valve stem in it and put it back on the trailer. I went on my way again and got to Tampa Florida and started unloading the truck about an hour later I went out and checked the trailer and the tire was flat again so I finished the unload and found another tire shop went there and just had them put a whole new tire on the same rim and left. I drove all the way back to Colorado from Tampa, Florida with no issues. I called Dennis and explained to him what happened and he told me to take it to a tire shop and get it checked out and that they would refund me for the tire if it was a bad tire I took the tire to a tire shop. They checked it out and it was a bad tire. I called Dennis and told him and he gave me every reason in the book as to why they couldn t refund me for the tire so I told them I was gonna put a nice review for them and he immediately called me back and said they would refund me for the tire when I initially talk to Dennis about the Tire. He told me it was $90 plus tax for the tire after he told me they would refund me for the tire. I was very much appreciative. They said they was gonna mail me a check in the mail which they did. I received the check today and it was for $55 well under what they charged me for the tire Which proves to me that they took advantage of the situation I was in and price gouge me. I text him back this morning and basically ask him why they just give me $55 for the tire when they charge me over $90 for the tire. They never replied back to me so moving forward I just want everyone to know that these guys don t care about their customers they just care about how much money they can make which is sad. I would never recommend them to anybody. Comment : Warpole Tire came to our rescue with an RV double rear flat on I20. We limped into the Walmart parking lot. Heather at Warpole connected me to Matt who ordered two tires and when they arrived dispatched Cory to air up the tires in the pouring rain and follow me to the shop. They allowed us to park in the lot until we got a mobile mechanic to tear down the left rear unit. My thanks to Neil the owner for being so supportive. Matt, Cory, and Heather are quite the team.
