Comment : Matt helped us. The service was fantastic from start to finish. He gave an honest diagnosis, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and even finished the job 2 days earlier than he thought they would. Most shops leave you feeling like you want a second opinion. Not here. I got fair and honest service which is all anyone wants. We all know costs are unreasonable but when you're treated with this kind of respect and honesty it makes it a little easier to spend so much. Good job! I really appreciate the good work!

Comment : Customer service rep Brian Davis explained the problem, provided options & offered a solution. He did not attempt to sell me something I did not need. He was kind, respectful & patient. The products are pricey, but, they last & are of good quality. The staff acknowledges customers & offers to assist you in a timely manner.
