Comment : I called the day before and confirmed the parts had arrived for my car to be worked on. I also called even earlier in the week to confirm this as well. When I get there at 7:30am the man working tells me that they ?might? not be able to get to me because old such and such called in with a tummy ache... so if one guy calls in the operation collapses apparently. Im told to take a seat and after an hour im told that they WILL get to my car by the end of the day. So I wait. For 8 hours. The end of the day rolls around and im told actually ???? uh....we can't get to you. Yall could have told me this by noon. Then the employee tried to gaslight me and LIE that he had told me this earlier when he had explicitly promised me I would have my car fixed by the end of the day. Other people were more important than me I was informed. I will never ever return. Its so hard for many people Including me to get time off work and yall took my entire day to sit there and do nothing. Ive never snatched my keys out of someone's hands so fast. Awful communication and customer service. My favorite part was definitely when some older man who worked there came out to clean the lobby and told me hes a mechanic...then get to work on my car rather than dusting the floor. Absolute zeros. Incompetence from the top all the way down you can tell. No im not rescheduling ever. I needed it then and you couldn't do it.

Comment : My daughter went there twice for them to check a couple of issues and they did not charge her for unnecessary repairs. If you are a Tech parent who needs a place you can trust for your college kid, I think this is it.

Comment : Have done business with them for over 40 years. Not any more. It's gone down since the grandkids took over. They no longer care about customers, especially their loyal ones, and only care about money.

Comment : your place is trash , Will never be back. Horrible customer service, I just recently went to get an alignment. They said they can't do it because I need ball joints, I replaced the ball joints and made another appointment. Then they said they can't do it because I need a pitman arm and a tie rod. That's two simple parts. I already have the appointment. I could have easily got the part from the local parts store. I guess if they wasn't lazy and wanted to work on people's stuff they could have easily done it, they're Cheap easy to find parts and they still didn't do the alignment waste of time again. I'd recommend anywhere but here, if you don't want to be jerked around, screw that place

Comment : I had a blow out in my rental, and the rental company took hours to send an approval for my tire replacement. Doug went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, even going as far as having a team member take me to get food. I am not a Ruston resident, but I will never forget the amazing customer service at this location. Completely genuine. I will never forget it.
