Comment : The only place I take my car to for anything. They’ve always done an amazing job and gone above and beyond to help. This is the only place that I recommend if you have car troubles or just need a simple oil change!

Comment : Walpole Tire of Ouachita located on Warren Drive in West Monroe, LA provided exceptional customer service to us!
Our vehicle had a quarter size hole in the right passenger tire. Jessie Neathery from Walpole Tire met us where we were parked within 15 minutes of our call.
Jessie was personable, knowledgeable, and was able to remove the damaged tire and replace it with our spare tire.
Tim Starr, salesman@Walpole Tire ordered a replacement tire and successfully filed a claim with our vehicle insurance policy.
Tim had consistent communication with us throughout this process.
The replacement tire arrived in a timely manner...this process went smoothly.
I complimented the associates to the manager, Steven Patron.

Having Walpole of Ouachita in West Monroe is an asset to our community. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and go the extra mile for their customer.

Comment : Ok, so it was supposed to be a simple mount and balance on (directional) tires I brought with me. 45 min later, it's "ready." I go out to look at the direction of them because it's simple to overlook kinda "not the issue." 3 of 4 was backward. 1 wasn't even seated all the way on the rim and under pressure. (They fixed that issue. But here I am, back for the tires not being balanced. What a joke. I'm trying to be polite and not make a scene in front of the rest of the 8 customers so they don't lose more than just me.
