Comment : Ok, so it was supposed to be a simple mount and balance on (directional) tires I brought with me. 45 min later, it's "ready." I go out to look at the direction of them because it's simple to overlook kinda "not the issue." 3 of 4 was backward. 1 wasn't even seated all the way on the rim and under pressure. (They fixed that issue. But here I am, back for the tires not being balanced. What a joke. I'm trying to be polite and not make a scene in front of the rest of the 8 customers so they don't lose more than just me. Comment : Merry Christmas Eve!!! Left my house to buy a loaded tea and discovered a screw in my tire. This was the last place I wanted to be at, on Christmas Eve .but, when I tell you the entire staff was extremely friendly, that would be an understatement. I am so grateful they were open and able to fix my tire. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! They have my business from here on out!!!! Merry Christmas Eve!!! Comment : Update*** manager called and apologized for the whole misunderstanding. He did reiterate the apology a few times. It seemed he wasgenuinely sorry for the whole situation.Went here today to get a simple tire service. Staff was decent at first. We explained what we needed. They ended up doing the wrong thing, which is fine bc they made it right. BUT the issue was, while my wife was outside explaining to the tire technician about the issue, the office staff bitched about it. They didn???t understand what we wanted and decided to just complain about us allegedly saying something different than what we???re are saying now. They tried to save face by blaming the tire techs when it seemed to be an office staff mess up. So just know, if you go in there the office staff are not the best and you should just probably go elsewhere. The actual mechanics and tire techs were great! Once again, they fixed the issue, but those office people are not pleasant. The old Walpole staff was great years ago. Comment : Pricks at this store tell customers that when wire harness that are old and corroded is because previous mechanic caused it. This nonsense has to stop, time and time only creates corroded wiring especially when the vehicle has over 300,000 miles on it. Great job guys keep the despicable deception up.
