I've been a repeat customer here in the past and have never spent under $500 with them, so to be treated this way after being a loyal customer is extremely disappointing. I won't be returning after this experience. When I dropped off my vehicle, I didn't notice a huge backlog of cars, so I expected a reasonably quick turnaround. Instead, my vehicle ended up sitting there for five days across two separate visits, and they still failed to fix the issue.?To make matters worse, when I finally got my spare key back, it was returned to me broken. The system had some issues from a previous service center putting in the wrong mileage. The gentleman that helped me out was patient and took the time to troubleshoot the issue and contact someone to make sure it was resolved for future calibrations. 1 Reviews Travis meeks West Monroe, LA Reviewed : 04/27/2026 Comment : I just had a tire rotation, but the staff were extremely nice, no wait time, and work was performed perfectly.
