Comment : NO CHARGE! I brought work in for the body shop and they did it for free--never even opened an invoice. It was a small job, but it would have taken me a few hours to open up the panels around the tailgate and secure a floppy tail light. I bet it took them at least 20 minutes. But no charge.

I've been coming here for about ten years and they are so helpful. The prices are good, but more importantly, they are willing to think outside the box, agreeing to repairs that are a little bit unusual, but save money. Two of my cars had horn problems, and they agreed to install buttons on the dash for horns, rather than open up the steering wheel and risk setting off the airbag--a very costly proposition. They have also agreed to a few unusual workarounds under the hood that saved me money. I really appreciate that. This is exactly what you want when you do not take your car to the dealer: a shop that will sell you a service that maybe you could not have gotten from the dealer in a million years. Great place.

Comment : I had an excellent experience with Jeremy when he came out to tow my car. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, respectful, friendly, and extremely careful with my vehicle. He didn't just show up and do the job—he made sure everything was handled properly from beginning to end.

What really stood out to me was his attitude and customer service. He was patient, communicated clearly, and treated me and my vehicle with respect. When you're dealing with a situation where your car needs to be towed, having someone like Jeremy makes a huge difference.

Jeremy is exactly the type of employee a company should be proud to have representing them. His work ethic and professionalism speak for themselves. I truly hope management sees this review and recognizes him because employees like Jeremy are worth keeping!

Comment : a few weeks ago on FM 2920 rd a terrible accident happened that involved a 2 year old sadly being announced dead on scene. i was one of the stand by who had heard someone mimicking the screams of the mother who found out about the terrible news of her child which then lead to the officer yelling at the drivers, i noticed it was a black male in a walker county paint and body black flatbed. this is not acceptable at all and actions should be held against him for this.

Comment : Very disappointed with the customer service. I arrived 30 minutes before opening for a front-end alignment and immediately felt unwelcome. The employee never asked for my vehicle information or what the issue was. Instead, he said I’d have to drop off my vehicle. I was surprised because a standard alignment usually doesn’t take very long. It also seemed like he didn’t even know whether the alignment technician was there yet. Then another employee told me they don’t perform alignments on Fridays. Before making the trip, I checked their website, and it states they offer alignments, but nowhere does it mention they don’t do them on Fridays.

Overall, I was disappointed by the customer service and the lack of clear communication about their scheduling and availability.
