Got the car back, horn and air conditioning aren?t working. Inspection ran out and could have offered to inspect it for the time that it was at the shop since yall gave me the free inspection coupon. 0.5 | Customer Service - 0.5/5.0 - | Did not get updates on completion times. Or I would and I?d have to call to see if it was done and find out that you were still waiting on parts.

Comment : Poor customer service, excuse after excuse as to why my car wasn’t done and new expected dates of completion. I had to keep checking with them about completion dates as I was using a rental and they kept stalling the date week after week, finally I started getting random and vague updates weekIy about current status, I got my car back two months after collision incident and the body looks great but now my horn isn’t working and it’s out of inspection. I can understand back orders, or waiting on delivery but be up front and explain cause of delays. They offered a free inspection, something that prob could have been done in the two+ months that my car was sitting around at their shop. I’ve never had to deal with such unprofessional behavior and inefficient business practices. Do not recommend.
