I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. Upon receiving my truck, they forgot to refill my oil and a few days later my engine was knocking. I took truck back as I was advised to do so if there were any problems, only to be told that I may have a bad oil change, and then after initially checking(before trying to charge me $500 to get exact diagnosis), they claimed it wasn't my engine but my transmission flex plate and it's not there fault. On top of that they drove my car about 30 to 40 miles for some reason and they emptied the gas tank, only to try to charge me for putting more gas in it.
