Comment : He was super kind and helpful and even let us stay in his office for a little while till he got back from towing another person. He let me and my bf keep his car in his garage till Monday so we could get it towed and even helped us get to a hotel. He is by far one of the nicest guys we have met

Comment : Zach's coworker/ friend seen me on highway. Saw that I was waving my hands. He thought i flaging him down. So he called Zach to check on me. Zach came right away!. He made sure I was good till the end!. Call on them if ever need towing or just look at your car! They caring and Polite till the END!.

Comment : We were referred by Senex to Wagner Towing for a tire repair on a Sunday late afternoon, on our way to Minnesota. Luckily, even though they were closed, someone was still there and able to do it for us. They did a good job, and we were able to be on our way.

Comment : Broke down on the highway moving across the country. Called Wagners towing and they came and got us asap, helped me get my family to a hotel for the night and is helping us get back on the road in the morning. If you break down coming through the area, or you live here, I definitely recommend giving them a call! I appreciate it!

Comment : Wagner s went so far above and beyond to assist us in an emergency when our entire household was stranded traveling cross country. Towed our vehicle and uhual trailer to their shop, dropped our family at a hotel, fixed our vehicle right away, didn t charge us an arm and a leg, and dropped our car and trailer back off to us! Probably the best experience we ve ever had or will ever have. THANK YOU!!!!

Comment : I was driving by myself to the Black Hills when 20 miles west of Chamberlain my car died. Wagner s were busy at the time so they gave me the name and number of another towing company that towed my car to Wagner s. It wasn t the diagnosis that I wanted (engine locked up meaning a new engine) but they were kind enough to let me keep the car there until we could make arrangements to have my car hauled back home. Zach and his crew were SO helpful and accommodating and I WOULD NOT hesitate to recommend them or use them again! GREAT people to work with!

Comment : Thermostat housing cracked on way to Pierre coming from Canton SD van was over heating gave this guy a call and he found us the piece and fixed very quickly and after 5! Friendly and knowledgeable! Price was right! Even has a kitty to play with while u wait!

Comment : I could not recommend Wagner's Towing more highly! Their customer service, professionalism, and attitude were all above and beyond what I expect from a business. This summer while driving across the country I was stranded on the interstate after a tire exploded. I was stuck on the side of the road in a construction zone in 100+ degree heat. I was alone on a cross country road trip and am not from the area and after calling a few other businesses who told me they couldn't do anything until after their lunch breaks, or did not want to make the trip, I called Zach and he was there to tow me to safety within minutes. Once we arrived at his shop he spent an hour calling around to find me replacement tires (my car uses an uncommon size) he drove to pick them up for me and I was able to purchase them with no-markup. He gave me shelter, AC, and refreshments while putting them on my car and got me back on the road before the end of the day! If I had not found Wagner's towing I would have been stranded for days. The price was much lower than I expected for the amount of work and time that was dedicated to me, and Zach's attitude and hospitality made me feel safe & taken care of in a stressful situation. I could not recommend Wagner's more! Thank you!
