Comment : Volvo has a new service agent Tony. He was thorough and extremely friendly. It felt like they had my car for a long time(a week), but it was around the holiday. Tony took the time to explain everything with a smile on his face.

Comment : There was a Software update that had to be done by the Professionals at Volvo, Palm Springs. It took quite a time, which was no problem for me. In the end, I was very pleased with their Services.

Comment : Terrific service from the team at Volvo Palm Springs. My Service Advisor Tony Bradley was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to walk me through the planned work on my vehicle. The vehicle was delivered back to me on time and for the initial cost quoted. This was my first visit to this dealership and I was very satisfied.

Comment : I've been coming to this location to service my car for the last year and a half and have really enjoyed the friendly people and atmosphere. I stay and wait for my car to be service and love sitting in their waiting area with a cup of coffee, juice, or a light snack, while chitchatting with all the friendly people. Keep up the good work! Comment : Promised to service the car in 1 day. Took them 2 full days with very little follow up. Mind you we wee in for oil change and they found we need new brake pads and battery. Never again to this dealer.

Comment : The experience was good overall, although at the beginning the communication was not as good since I was not getting all the information when they were supposed to give it however, in the end all work well since the vehicle was repaired and delivered in perfect conditions.
