Comment : I am very pleased for the service I received in Volvo MV. I came a long way from Tustin without an appointment on Friday afternoon for a car service. Todd helped to squeeze a slot into early Saturday morning (BTW, when I got there at 7:20AM, Todd was already working). They also helped schedule two Lyft for my commute from and to their place. The overall car service experience is the best that I have received in SoCal Volvo dealership over the decades. I am very satisfied by the experience and the quality of work they deliver. So, thank you Volvo MV.

Comment : Took my 2025 XC60 in for its first service appointment 2 weeks ago. They are supposed to check all fluids and change the oil, this is basic stuff. So tell me why and how my windshield washer fluid was missed. This is basic checklist stuff and if something as simple as this is missed doesn’t ensure confidence they do more complicated things throughly.

Comment : Great TEAM at Mission Viejo Volvo. Fred, Jesse and Mike all took great care of us. A great experience buying a car which is not always the case. Would recommend anyone to MV and ask for any of these guys! Love our XC90!
