I just want to take the time to edit/delete that review and post my experience from here on because it’s drastically different. After talking to the dealership manager and service manager, they absolutely made the issue right. They were extremely easy to deal with to get the problem solved and i found them to be incredibly honest too. It takes a lot to admit something was over looked. The resolution to the problem was extremely quick and I appreciate Francis and Chris so much. His attitude was disrespectful, mocking, and totally lacking in basic customer service. If this is how potential customers are spoken to, I can only imagine what the experience would be like after a sale.Management should be aware of this incident and take it seriously. Someone like Quintin should not be allowed to represent a brand that claims to value professionalism and integrity. Although it seems people have had good experiences buying new cars here, i would absolutely stay away from the preowned lot. I had sent my cousins here to look at a used car that was listed on their website. They went and looked at it and realized it was not what they were looking for so they looked at a 2018 Kia Sportage that they also had. They ended up buying the car, but unbeknownst to them the dealership knew this vehicle had issues. They did not even have the car for one whole day before calling me to tell me that they were broken down and were having the car towed back to their house. When i got there the check engine light was flashing on the dash so I plugged in my OBD scanner to pull the codes. The code I pulled up was p1326:07e3 which indicates an issue with the Knock Sensor detection. Luckily enough, Kia stores the dates the codes appeared and we could see that the code was stored before they purchased the car and was hooked up to a scanner and cleared the code so the check engine light was be removed from the dash. Only problem is, even if it is cleared the light will reappear after driving it when the system detects an issue again. So that was issue #1. Upon looking at the wiring harness where the Knock sensor is located, we noticed that the main wiring harness is literally cut/broken where that sensor should be. So they sold a car to a customer that has a BROKEN main engine harness. Although that issue is related to issue #1, it actually makes it issue #2 because not only do we need a knock sensor now, we also need the pigtail and wiring to repair the main engine harness. If that’s wasn’t enough, while we were inspecting that, we noticed that the coolant reservoir was completely empty. We took a look at that and realized the rad hose wasn’t even CONNECTED to the radiator! There was absolutely NO inspection done to this car when it was traded in/bought from auction and my poor cousins didn’t even have the car for a whole 24 hours before this turd broke down. When my cousins spoke to the dealership the day after they offered no help and refused to take the car back. This dealership should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for their predatory and dishonest business practices. I would absolutely NOT recommend buying a vehicle here. If they wanted to make things right, they’d take this car back and fix the things that should’ve been fixed in the first place. 1 Reviews Tia rossi Moon Township, PA ORIGINAL POST: Been in communication for a couple of days, made an appointment, and went to check out a vehicle for sale on lot Saturday. Checked it over, did the test drive, they ran my credit, and when it came down to signing the deal... they told me there was a problem. They didn't have the title to the vehicle! So I had to put a deposit down to hold it until Monday when they could make some calls. Im upset they listed it for sale knowing the didn't have the title, and waited until after they ran my credit to tell me this. Hopefully they will offer temporary tags, a loaner vehicle, or dealer plates until this issue is resolved. Bought a used 2018 KIA Monday. DIED Tuesday. 1 Day. Was told it just passed inspection with "flying colors" and had no issues. Needs a battery, sensors and several other repairs. Car won't run. I'm ill, disabled and poor, so I'm now broke and have no way to get to my doctors. My whole life is now severely compromised. I called Chad and Chris and they couldn't care less. Thanks. I bought a 2013 Toyota RAV4 98k miles for $13,000 paid in cash. Test drive was fine, no lights, no problems showing. The very next day, less than 20 miles later, three lights pop up on the dashboard including check engine.When I called, they told me “you bought it as-is, no warranty.” I get what as-is means, but a car shouldn’t break down the very next day if it was honestly represented. That’s not normal wear and tear. Thats selling a car with issues they knew about or should have known about. Then they said it will be $100 an hour just to run a diagnostic. Later they changed it to first hour free and said don’t come until they call me. The day went by and no one ever called.The salesman I worked with was actually very nice and kept checking in, so this isn’t on him. The issue is the dealership itself. I don’t know if they cleared the lights before selling but something feels shady. Either way no one should spend $13,000 cash on a car only to have major issues pop up the very next day and then be brushed off by the dealership.Please, if you’re thinking about buying from here learn from my mistake. As an out-of-state buyer, most dealerships threw out garbage offers or didn’t take me seriously — but Chad did. He presented a compelling offer after understanding my situation with my eagerness to buy and was willing to negotiate from there. The specific vehicle and trim I purchased would have cost significantly more elsewhere.Once I arrived at the dealership, Carl greeted us and took us on a test drive. He was personable, knowledgeable, and we had a great conversation about our shared passion for cars — it made the time fly by. The finance team and the entire dealership were aware of my situation and worked efficiently to ensure I could make it to a family gathering on time.
