Comment : Went to get the battery in my remote replaced. First time in 5 yrs of owning my Vw that I had to pay for a battery replacement highly aggravated could have done it myself for less. $10 for a battery is incomprehensible. Definitely won t be buying another Vw if this is going to be the new normal. Plus was not told about the charge til after the battery was replaced if there is going to be a charge then that needs to be said upfront.Went to get the battery in my remote replaced. Comment : The service department has been great. I ve been coming here for quite a few years. They always take the time to listen to my questions & give me honest opinions for my car. It is a 2014 & I need to keep it in good shape.I requested they reset my inspection due light, since I had it inspected elsewhere. They forgot to do it. I had my oil changed, Ad Blue topped off & tires rotated on a Saturday. They finished my car just before 2:00. The service department closes at 2:00 on Saturday. I drove down the street & realized they had forgotten to reset the inspection light. I called to let them know that I would be coming sometime the next week. Jacob said if I was close that I could come back now & he would do it! I appreciated that he took the time to do it since it was closing time.This dealership is worth checking out. The service department has always given excellent service.The service department has been great. I ve been coming here for quite a few years. They always take the time to listen to my questions & give me honest opinions for my car. It is a 2014 & I need to keep it in good shape. More

Comment : I live in NJ. The dealership was fantastic. I flew into Pittsburgh and Chad, my salesman actually picked me up at the airport. Everything was taken care of with ease and we left after about an hr. I highly recommend this dealership, when you call, ask for Chad, he'll take great care of you.
