Comment : The service dept. guy (Omar) was good and professional; however, the communication afterward was pretty bad. My car was towed there at 12:45, and around 3:40 I got a message saying I had missed my appointment and would need to reschedule! I called VW of GG and no one picked up, so it went to a call center. The girl there asked for my info and said there was no record of me or my car since March! So disturbing. I texted VW, and Celso got back with me that they had my car. They fixed it and it was done the next day.

Comment : DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Even if it's the closest to your house/work. If you need service, please do yourself a favor and drive a little bit more to Irvine or whichever works for you, but don't go to this dealership. If for whatever reason you have to go here I hope you don't fall under Clayton's desk, he's the worst customer service l've ever ran into, and I've had a few... he talks to you like he is superior and if you're stupid. I think there's some racism there too, as a Hispanic person I got a quote for a jetta's battery at $309, for the exact same car, a white male got a $200 quote. If the owner or manager can explain this difference with the only variant being the race and looks I would greatly appreciate it. I know this won't fix anything but Clayton, I hope you read this and please dude, go to a course for customer service or get another line of job where you can be an ass to yourself. Negative -5 stars if I could rate this.
