Comment : I went to test drive a used Chrysler town and country van and noticed the auto push button was upside down. After sitting down and going over the price with my trade I wasn't satisfied with my offer so they talked to the manager and I received a better offer which I was ok with. Before going over there I let them know ahead of time I probably wouldn't buy it that day and would sleep on it because I get anxiety when I feel pressured I was assured that wouldn't happen but I was showed the contract then the pen was set in front of me and it started trying to get me to sign it. I refused and I went home to think it over. But I did voice my concerns about the vehicle it needs new tires with the miles on it would need a radiator flush and fill and new coolant and a transmission fluid change. It wasn't going to happen at the trade offer I got they would do that but my trade offer goes back down to my first offer.i didn't go back the following day but received a text from the salesman asking if we could get the deal done. Before I replied I looked up online about my concerns and the upside down push button. It stated that was a red flag and there could be more hidden issues to worry about and to let them know I'd like to let my personal mechanic look it over if they wouldn't to walk away. My response was he checked with the manager and he sent me a text saying sorry but it had sold already and is there any other vehicle I'd want to look at. I got online and checked the inventory and it still shows the vehicle is available I even chatted with the person that pops up are you interested in the van. I spoke to her and she said they still had it but would send me an email confirming it. No reply yet while I've sent this review but I'll recheck my email and see. For the text I received saying it was sold makes me wonder if something is wrong with this van and they didn't want to allow me to take it to my mechanic. Why would they tell me that? Seems shady to me I would have to give this a review of one. Now I know why I hate buying from a dealership!! I checked my email no response yet

Comment : I bought a brand new 2018 Ford Escape from Vogler...With just over 20,000 miles on it, they told me that the engine was shot! They didn't seem to have of an idea as to what a new engine would cost... Guesstimate between 6 and 10 Thousand$ ! It would take a month to get a new engine and that they didn't have any loaners...I was told that they would back to me later that day and give me a price for the engine, they never did.... I never neglected any preventive maintenance. The car is a TOTAL Lemon...I have a VERY negative opinion of the Ford Motor Co., and I doubt if that will ever change....Goodbye

Comment : Vogler Ford in Carbondale was amazing to work with. Greg Wilson went above and beyond comparing vehicles and options for me until I found exactly what I wanted and could afford. Financing was 0 percent and they made it very easy to understand upfront, no gimmicks. I had just been treated very rudely at a competitive dealer and it was like night and day, Vogler (especially Greg) was very professional and accommodating.
