Comment : These folks helped me out in an emergency, didn’t charge me, but $20 to fix a flat tire, they could have raked me over the coals as a stranded customer with a Chrysler, Town & Country, at their Ford dealership lot in Carbondale. Instead, they were efficient and caring. And even called me the next day to be sure I was OK. Thank you isn’t enough. I was blessed to somehow land in your service department. Yes I’ll be back, for a purchase not just for an emergency fix on a flat tire.

Comment : You can’t beat Vogler motor company if you’re going to purchase an automobile. My husband and I have purchased nearly every car we have ever owned from Vogler and we are in our 70s. Yes, we have bought a few from other dealers through the years for one reason or another, but we have never been as satisfied with the product or the service elsewhere. Everyone from the sales staff to the service department knows their job inside and out. We love our new Lincoln Nautilus and hope to drive it for many years. Thanks Vogler motor company. You are the best.

Comment : Thanks to John Green, we had a wonderful experience replacing our Lincoln after a very trying time in our lives. He found the car we wanted, was very kind and attentive. Comment : Service department got me taken care of today. I talked to the tech also, super nice guy and explained issues well to me. Updating my review to reflect this.

Ford OEM headlight started turning on and off by itself before going out completely. Made an appointment at the service department but can't legally or safely drive at night with one headlight. Since I needed to drive at night, I plugged an aftermarket light into my headlight which did absolutely nothing. Took it to service department for a diagnostic. Quote $2450.23 for the headlamp and a couple of other things. Tech notes say a new headlamp will fix all this. Parts ordered, got called a few days later on 04/08/2025 to bring it in because parts are here. Brought it in and they put parts on, and it still doesn't work. They said they got the headlight stuck on in high beam. I turned the lights on in the bay after paying $188.10 for labor on a problem they can't fix, and the light never came on. I chose to drive off because I was fuming at the situation. I have another appointment tomorrow and told I will have to pay by the hour to diagnose a problem that has already been diagnosed. They may sell cars well, but this is the worst Ford service department I have ever dealt with. Ford guy here but this situation has made me rethink buying another Ford.

Comment : Had check engine light on, both turbos needed work, oxy sen is bad had to order part, have high pitched ring coming from rear speaker, only rings when car is moving, stops when braking to stop. Very annoying. Getting diag when replacing oxy sen. Hope for good results. Car only has 45000 miles
