Comment : Hard to describe how bad the service department has been. I've been trying to get my truck in for months for a serious engine issue. I finally got it in to look at, they quoted me $5k and required $2k down for parts. Fine. Paid the money. Finally got another appointment to get the work done after about a month. Every time I called, I told them it sounded awful and I asked if it was going to blow up. "No, it's fine" I was told. Took it in for my appointment on Tuesday and was told that it might take a day or two longer because they were backed up. Called to check the status on Friday, only to be told that they probably wouldn't get it in until mid-week next week. No call, no nothing. I asked if I could come get it to drive the next few days and was advised against it because it sounds really bad. You don't say. They are going to have my truck for a week AFTER the service appointment date before they even touch it and didn't have the common courtesy to call me and give me an update. What else can I say, but run away. There are enough other Ford dealerships in the area.

Comment : Vogler Ford is a "People" car dealership. It offers professionalism and excellent service. I bought my first Explorer from Vogler over 25 years ago. This is my 6th Explorer and my second from Vogler Ford. I trust this dealership and applaud its great service to its customers. The salesman I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and found the perfect vehicle for me. I will gladly contact this dealership again. I recently purchased a car and a truck from Vogler. Now, my favorite purchase is this Ford Explorer and the salesman who found it for me, Andy Zieba.

Comment : Don?t ever take your car there for a panoramic roof repair. These people have had the car for over 4 months with excuse after excuse as to why they can?t complete the job. These people est for the repair of out of pocket after insurance was 750.00 then Tim says oh they broke the windshield while taking repairing the roof so they deem that as the customers responsibility adding another 1,000.00 to the repair making it 1750.00 then they tried adding another 1,000.00 for having a glass company come out now we?re at 2750.00 and mind you they broke the windshield and the initial estimate said nothing about breaking a windshield. You can?t tell me that every time a dealership repairs a panoramic roof they break the customers windshield then charge them for it. Basically have to get an attorney to do a demand letter to get the car back and cover transportation expenses for the last 4 months as well as inconvenience. The dealership wouldn?t even give a loaner car while they took their time completing the repair. Also windshield was put in 2 weeks ago now waiting for the trim, seats and car to be put back together. According to Tim he don?t want finger prints on the interior so the guy putting it back together can?t get it done. Biggest disappointment and inconvenience the attorney will be seeking compensation for every inconvenience they created and basically just taking over 4 months for no reason mind u in another week it?ll be at 5 months and now the only thing left to be done is trim and interior put back together?. Take your car elsewhere if you need it and want it back in a timely respectful manor.
