Comment : I visited VJ's Auto Service in a prior visit. Brian was very helpful in providing suggestions on how to remove my stuck battery terminal cable, since the AAA agent informed me my AAA paid membership (40 years and seldom used) this can't be done unless I purchased a battery from the AAA service provider. Brian checked the shop for a battery puller, went online to show me the item when he couldn't locate one in the shop, called local auto parts, and secured one from one of his technicians. Then, he lent me the part, no questions asked. I was very disappointed with AAA's response, but was happy to discover VJ's Auto Service because of AAA failure to assist.

Comment : Honest people who tells you exactly what the problem is. Michael is easy to talk to and explains well. Mechanics are detail in their work and notetaking. Price is reasonable and half the price of dealership. They work fast and accurately.
