Hamburg, PA Reviewed : 10/17/2025 Comment : Excellent customer service! 1 Reviews Gunitstoner65 Hamburg, PA Reviewed : 10/01/2025 Comment : DO NOT USE THIS SHOP ANYMORE.NEW OWNERS.New owners are dishonest and their employees are very poorly skilled.. and possibly just as deceitful.They took my car on 9/16 to fix a brake line and do inspection.The technician failed my vehicle for cosmetic rust which if you even do a basic google search it tells you that is not a reason for an inspection failure. There is no frame rot of any sort on my vehicle nor is there any rot that would compromise the structural integrity of my vehicle.When I pointed it out, it was corrected and passed.. suspicious but ok..I just picked up my truck today 9/29 after having to call in to see what was going on. (They told me oh your truck has been done for a while, I just forgot to call you(Unprofessional))Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle I had to go to the office and complain that they killed the batteries.. they left my glove box open and it sat there like that for almost 2 weeks. (Sidenote, the batteries on my truck are less than eight months old. And I say batteries because my truck is diesel so it has two of them in it.)Then they charged me for things I did not need.. for example they charged me for emissions on my 1995 diesel vehicle. Diesel vehicles are emissions exempt in the state of Pennsylvania and do not require that service. Something a Service center should know.They charged me $138 for a leak inspection on my brakes when I told them exactly what was wrong with it for them to fix. There was no need for any inspection of my brake lines. I told them what was wrong and that I needed it fixed.Lastly, and probably the most disturbing of all..I called them to come tow my vehicle to the shop because having no brakes and no inspection I was not going to drive it there myself. I had to pay with a card over the phone and before I could get any information myself, the tow truck driver pulled out his phone Settled around on it for almost a minute and then handed it to me with their office on the line and while I was giving her my information I felt like I heard a slight beeping in the background, which I just assumed was maybe their business line Recording or their line telling them of another caller.I found out that there is no such thing on their lines nor is there anything in their office that would make the sound I heard which leads me to believe that the tow truck driver put on his voice memo recorder to steal my credit card information.This credit card is a business credit card and is only being used for auto paying reoccurring business expenses. This is the first new charge I put on it in six years and two days later it came up flagged with 3 fraudulent purchases?I will be following up with the police report after posting this review, i’m also currently waiting for a call back from there “Director” About the Fraudulent charges. But if I don’t hear back from them, I will be reaching out to my credit card and disputing the entire charge and not just the fraudulent charges.. as I feel at this point, it’s more than justified.Please be aware of what you may be getting into by choosing this service center for your vehicle needs.EDIT 10/1/2025Police report filed still no call from their director.
