Comment : Stopped in on a whim passing by to see if they could squeeze me in for an overdue inspection. My local VIP was booked out over a week. They happened to have the time and got me in and out quickly. Super appreciative! They may not always have time for such walk-in services, but in my experience, this particular VIP seems to be more accommodating than others. Comment : The lady and gentlemen at VIP saved me today because I needed tires and I had to order them on Sunday not knowing whether they be in before Wednesday I was looking at two days off from work, which would ve been really hard on the paycheck but because of VIP they showed up The day after on Monday and they got me right in. I can t tell you how much I appreciate them doing what they have done. Thank you to the folks behind the desk. I really appreciate your quick service. The only reason I rated a four-star this time around is because I had to bring my tires in because they had to change four tires or none and I couldn t afford. I ll forward the same time.

Comment : Top notch service, great prices. I called, spoke to Nick. He was extremely professional. He got me scheduled in for a little over an hour later. The place was easy to find. Nick was helpful and courteous. I value great customer service and I got it. They had fresh coffee in the waiting room and wifi so I could get some work done online while I waited. Rich ran a brief diagnostic at no extra charge. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The technician was also courteous and professional. Even the seat was put back to its original position. The service was superior and the waiting room was clean and inviting. It had air-conditioning, restroom, TV, Wifi and Keurig coffee. The TV had a funny show about expensive old cars. I will definitely recommend VIP Tires and Service to anyone.

Comment : The gang at the Woodsville store proved to be a huge help! My son and I were on a road rally when the drum brakes failed on our 1996 Bronco. The team at this store had us in for service the next morning and back on the road before lunch. We made it to the finish line before the deadline. Thank you so much to Rich, Anthony, Nick, and all the others who went over and above to make this happen. We would certainly recommend them!
