Comment : I can?t say enough good things about VIP in Winslow and the kind of people they have working there. I was broke down in the Walmart parking lot with an oil leak, stressed out and not sure what I was going to do. Gavin, who works at VIP, noticed my situation after he got off work and didn?t hesitate to come over and help. He stayed and helped me replace my oil pan seal and even helped me do an oil change right there in the parking lot on his own time, after his shift. He didn?t have to do any of that, but he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and could get back on the road safely. That kind of work ethic and willingness to help people says a lot about his character and about VIP as a shop. If this is the type of person they employ, you can trust you?re in good hands bringing your vehicle there. Huge thanks to Gavin. You don?t see this level of care and kindness very often anymore.
I will for now on be bringing my vehicles here :)
