Comment : I have always received excellent service at the Windham Maine BIP service center. The prices are more reasonable than the dealer & much faster service. We get our handicapped van serviced there, as well. I won't trust it to anyone else.

Comment : Customer service at this location is awful. The two guys at the front were rude and not knowledgeable. Nobody was on the same page as to what information was being told to me.

Comment : Went in for a tire rotation and it went quickly which was great. I had an issue with my glove box and they were able to fix that for me and it was no charge! That was so wonderful. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Thank you!

Comment : I had a tire repaired, The only gripe I have was the cost of trailer tire repair(rebeaded and added air) a pretty basic repair. $41. When I was told the price, I had assumed i got a new tire, which would have been ok
