Comment : VIP has been amazing everytime I have visited. I got new brakes and rotors on the front and rear. Tammy did an AMAZING job communicating with me about my vehicle. Eveyone there is very knowledgeable and they have an easy drop off/pick up service. I will definitely use them again when visiting the area! Thank yall so much!

Comment : I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service guy was alert and realized that one tire that had apparently very recently picked up a screw. It was leaking air but not enough yet for my tire pressure light to come on. They patched the tire, changed the oil and I was on my way. If no one had been paying attention, I would have had a flat tire within 24 hours; but instead it got fixed and I did not wind up by the side of the road with a flat tire in the middle of January. These guys are good.
