Comment : Great customer service. The man I spoke with was very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and confident at his job. He squeezed me into their busy schedule also, which I was very appreciative of.
The only thing I would have changed is that I wish I had gotten a sticker on my windshield, like I usually get when I get an oil change, that reminds me of when my next oil change will be due. No biggie, but it is a good reminder when you have one.
VIP changed my oil and air filter, which consisted of almost 6 quarts of synthetic oil, filled my fluids and put air in my tires for $124.00.
They also gave me a quote for a full brake and rotor replacement job. It was a VERY reasonably price and they told me that their shop in Claremont would honor the quote I got there if I decided to go there for the work. (Closer to my home)
Very good overall experience and I highly recommend.

Comment : Great service, and the staffs are nice and down-to-earth. My clanky old car has makes so much noise and fixing the issue is out of budget, they somehow still managed to stop the noise. Really appreciate the help.

Comment : Went in there for sn alightment and to get my summer tires on. They got the tires on with no problem. Young kid named Noah was working on doing the alightment and got sooo friggen flustered that he was throwing his tools. Not very professional AT ALL. I understand that hes young and still most likely learning but thats very, very, unprofessional and not the type of person I want working on my car. Not to mention we were told it would only take about an hr to do, we were there ALMOST 2 hrs. With no updates or communication on what was going on. Will never do business with them again!!

Comment : Got my winter and all season tires changed here. Very friendly and professional. Pro tip: make sure to have room in your car to take your tires with you when you get them changed.
