Comment : Glad you asked. Worst auto service, maybe EVER. Irving sent me an offer for $10 off on an oil change. I used the link provided and scheduled an appointment for 2 pm today. When I arrived the didn’t know why I was there, never heard of me. When they put it in the garage, apparently nobody told the mechanic why I was there. He brought me out to the work area to show me front end issues, tore my air filter in half forcing me to buy a new one. When I payed the bill I was told they omitted the oil change which was my soul reason for being there. Why was my vehicle even on a lift for an oil change? Hard to add oil when the car is ten feet in the air…

Comment : Had an emergency. They got us in right away. They fixed the issue for for an incredibly reasonable price even though I was vulnerable they did not take advantage highly recommended. Zack was a great technician and Mike was a great service writer.

Comment : I called an advance to make an appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant. When I arrived I was taken care of right away, they checked with me to do an additional service. All in all my experience was wonderful

Comment : Unbelievably accommodating, and on a Sunday, no less. Diagnosed my tire problem, which was a damaged rim you couldn’t fix today, but mounted my spare. Looked up information for me on rim repair. No charge and out the door in total of 20 minutes. You’ve got my tire business for the future!
