Comment : The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I’m just not sure if the pricing is good or not. I don’t know the price of all these repairs if it’s fair or not. That being said the service I received was very good. I didn’t have to wait long and staff/mechanics were very knowledgeable and polite.

Comment : The guys that did my oil change were great! They also did a 4 point inspection and gave me a heads up on a wheel bearing I will need to keep an eye on. I will definitely go back for my next oil change/checkup! The wait time was a bit long, but to no fault of them and they kept me updated along the way. Great service and great team!

Comment : The team at VIP in Bangor, Maine went above and beyond on our Jeep, in fact they took service to a completely new level. The tech was award winning as was our salesman, they had the work done early and we were very pleased at how fast and thorough the work was . felt like they didn't want to look at my car. I asked them to look at the front and they look at the back of the car. Basically they thought they could get 3000 dollars out of me for things that didn't need to be fixed.

Comment : I am on a long trip to Canada. My RAV4 decided to stop on I95 highway suddenly right before we entered Bangor at 11 pm one night. Long story short, my car was towed to VIP in the Saturday morning. After battery test, they found that the alternator and battery failed and needed a replacement. To continue my trip without delay, I wanted to have it fixed same day. Unfortunately, the shop representative Mike told me they have full schedule and cannot guarantee to get it done. But will try their best.

So thank you Mike and everyone at the shop. They made it work on the same day! We could continue our trip to canada the next day! Thanks a lot.

Good service and communication. Fair price. No over promise and really try their best to help.
