Comment : Ordered new tires for my Bolt EV and they came in a few days later. Mike ( i think) called and was able to get me in same day. Nathan worked diligently and I was out in about 90 minutes. I've been to several VIP locations and VIP on Stillwater in Bangor is on par with the Statham, NH location that was my go-to shop. So far new tires are A-okay...already seeing increased range over my winter treads - yay!

Comment : Mechanic allowed me to look for myself to see a bad tie rod I was not aware of. Replacement was done and I feel much safer driving.
