Comment : I went to VIP for a state inspection. These guys were so great, very nice and professional!

They also told me about the windshield cleaner that doesn?t freeze unless it?s 40 below. Since I?m new to Maine I had no idea it existed. I was getting out at stop lights and bottled water on my windshield, which of course just got immediately dirty again. This info was a life saver for me.

I?ll come back every year because of their excellent care!

Comment : I went for an issue with one of my bolts on my tire that was cause by another service shop. VIP got me in and out quickly as a walk in customer-impressive! They aren?t afraid to look at the problem with you. Whereas the shop who caused the problem wouldn?t even have me present while showing me they could fix it, which would have saved them money.

Comment : 175 an hour for labor, almost 80 percent parts markup. Then tried to overcharge on labor. Then one of the parts failed, but I refuse to go back and be overcharged to diagnose it. Will never go back to VIP.
