Comment : Had a diagnostic for my blower motor and the mechanic was very good at explaining everything that was going on with my truck. Also was extra kind to my pet bunny. I she likes him too

Comment : I was visiting Bangor during a road trip from Iowa when a had a tire issue. I stopped at VIP without an appointment at 8:15 a.m. on Saturday. The service manager immediately looked at my tire and provided me with possible solutions. By 9:30 a.m. I was able to start my trip back to Iowa. I was so impressed with the service, hospitality and skill of staff.
