Comment : Above and beyond! I sent my teens to take care of getting some new tires installed on my truck. They had some payment issues on their card. VIP worked with me to figure out a payment solution that didn't involve me driving an hour. They finished the job on time and professionally. You have a customer for life. Thank you!

Comment : horrible experience. grossly overpriced what should’ve been a cheap oil change on a little camry, using totally unnecessary synthetic oil. tried to convince me my car would practically explode every step of the way. took over an hour and almost $100 for nothing but an oil change. boys were cussing and yelling in the back the whole time too. i would not recommend once in your life
