Comment : I d been driving around with a low-pressure light on and decided to stop into VIP on Sunday, since I was traveling that Tuesday. Glenn Brooks, the store manager, was immediately helpful. He offered to work me in that day as a walk-in to repair my flat, but then had to break some bad news: the tire was unrepairable because the screw was in the sidewall.Since I drive an AWD CR-V and the tread wear was over 60K miles, I needed four new tires. Glenn quickly got me a quote for the tires I requested and didn t pressure or upsell me in any way. He also mentioned they would meet or beat any locally advertised price.I d originally gotten my tires from Sullivan, who isn t open on Sundays, and they offered a lower online price for the tires, installation, and protection plan. True to his word, Glenn was able to beat their deal by $58. He got me in at noon, and I picked my car up at 2:30.He couldn t have been more patient, kind, or transparent, and now I feel confident heading out on my 3.5-hour trip.
