Comment : A customer for 25+ years but disappointed with the latest visit. Overcharged for replacing a tie rod end, was told it would be under 30 mins. but charged almost a full hour for $138, worse than going to the dealer. Plus the part they installed is $34 from O'Rileys but I was charged 3X the amount, $111. Time to look for another shop.A customer for 25+ years but disappointed with the latest visit. Comment : Went to VIP for for inspection, as suspected I needed brake work. VIP team was fast, friendly and affordable.. even offered a financing option. I always feel confident bringing my car to MY team at VIP.. also.. the waiting area is always clean, well stocked and inviting. ????
