Comment : Although I would like to give a raving review....a few things . ...I was able to allow time for my car dropping it off on a Thursday, letting vip know I was not in a super hurry. I was told thank you for flexibility and it would be started that Monday . On Monday I called to let service desk know I would be including the timing belt service and rather then 2 tires let's do all 4. The following Thursday came and the car had not been started yet ....the service rep was short and obviously irritated that I called to check the status of repairs. ....this is now 7 days after dropping car off.
Picked it up Sat.....2200$ in services ....was charged for 4 tires although only two were replaced.
Unfortunately this makes me doubt the quality of the rest of the work. ...
I was immediately refunded for the 2 tires and I definitely can understand could have been confusion. But no one went over what was done ....so I'm not gonna give you a 5 until I'm sure ALL the work was done. Also a little work on customer service would be nice. So not a horrible experience just not a 5 star experience.

Comment : I always get great service at the Somersworth VIP. I appreciate the military discount and that they're keeping my old 2009 Xterra on the road.

Comment : Made an apt online for 3. Left work early on a Sunday just to get my car looked at. When I arrived at 3 I was told someone had contacted me because they overbooked. No text or email and said they had no availability. Absolutely unprofessional and wasted my time and lost money at work.
