Comment : I brought my car in for a simple alignment today and at 11 and I didn?t get my car back until 2:30 in the afternoon and when I walked in to check on it at two, the guy said he hasn?t even touched the car. they have horrible service and I would not recommend them to anybody. They also tried to overcharge me for things that I didn?t even need done on my car if you want good real service done on your vehicle don?t go here!

Comment : When the temperatures plummeted this past weekend, my car?s battery began failing, and of course it was on Sunday with a snow storm coming. VIP was able to get my car in within an hour of my calling for an appointment, and I made it out in time for the Patriots kickoff. While there I had them fix a few other small repairs I had not had time to address. I appreciated the complimentary multipoint inspection, and the time the technician took to listen to my description of the symptoms the car was exhibiting, and the thoroughness of answers to my questions. The waiting area is comfortable with a view of the service bay, TV to catch the pre-game show, and free coffee/ water/ wifi etc. Thank you to Emma at the front desk, and the mechanics, who were working on a Sunday so the car could be fixed before my work week!

Comment : My battery needed to be replaced on one of these really cold days, VIP was available and got me in right away. The front desk person put sports on for my son who had forgotten his book- quick and friendly service!
