Comment : Very accommodating. Fixed my tire pressure valve system as a courtesy. Went for alignment but these folks informed me my tire pressure was the only issue. Got an oil change and VIP gained a new customer for all my tires and oil change needs.

Comment : Went in because my sister and I felt a thump on the front driver's side tire. Much to our dismay when we got out to look there was a good size screw that looked as if it was partially embedded into the tire. Rather than pull out the screw we decided to find a reputable tire shop (we are from out of town) and see if they could plug the leak. When we got there and explained the situation Mike, the manager said it may take a little time but he would make room for us (it was almost closing time). The mechanic searched the tire and found nothing, but to be sure he did not misunderstand he searched all of the tires. We concluded that the screw must have not been embedded and dislodged itself while we limped our way to the shop. They were very kind and would not charge us. If I am ever this way again I will not hesitate to use this shop!

Comment : I had a TERRIBLE experience with Mavis in Seabrook (never go there) Gave VIP a call and explained the issue. They got me in first thing next day, fixed the issue. Explained the issue and what I should do. Jen and Mike at VIP know what they are talking about and they are so friendly and empathetic. VIP saved me this week. Thank you everyone at the Seabrook VIP!

Comment : The garage accepted me the same day and fixed a problem with the front suspension in a few hours. Great service and quality repair. The vacation continues without any problems thanks to VIP!

Comment : Can't say enough about the service, pricing, and speed VIP swarms on any car issue. I've done simple oil changes (right before a long roadtrip), car inspections that I left to the last minute, and more recently a bigger fix for my broken axle on my 15 old Honda. Jen and Mike at the front desk are just the best, super accomodating and with a smile when car issues are...car issues. Thanks guys, will def be back. -Amanda

Comment : Had a screw in my tire. They got me right in for a repair. I happened to hit it just right timing wise. It was a quick job. Done well done quickly!
