Comment : Only giving a one star because I can’t do no stars
Very over priced
I went in to get a tire put onto my rim so I could get a new tire put on my car
Well they said I could only buy a minimum of two if I wanted them to mount them on my car an wanted $297 then just for the new tire I got the cheapest one it was $97 dollar plus their other stuff which ended up being $137 so I left with just a new tire on my rim an have to put it on later or find somewhere that does just one tire at a time
When my friend just went to the one in Saco an it was way cheaper for a better tire and they put it on her car
Also was told 11 o’clock for appointment time said I could be there for 11:15 said it was only going to be 30 ish minutes to do a whole tire change an put on my car plus the rim well when I got there that’s when it all changed said 1 hour an thirty for just a tire put onto my rim an yes I said I only needed one done on the phone they said that’ was fine and then said it was not do able to get just one done at a time would not recommend

Comment : Travelled to Maine to see my bff and stay a few days. Knew I needed an oil change so I scheduled w VIP TIRES & SERVICE. John went out of his way to help me out. My car has a lot of rot underneath so it wasn't able to go to on the regular lift. John figured out another way and actually had me get under the car to see the rust/rot he was talking about although I already knew this when I bought the car. But there was ZERO oil in the car so I'm grateful that John figured it out for me cause I had to drive all the way from Maine back to Massachusetts.

Comment : Customer service was lacking. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I walked into the store. It took several minutes of waiting to receive service. This is my second time there and this was my experience the first time as well. The wait was long as well, even though I had an appointment scheduled.
