Comment : I had a dead battery in my 2010 Pontiac G6. I live across the street and I asked if a technician could give me a boost to get my car to be serviced. The technician was very courteous and boosted me. I had my battery tested and it was dead. A new battery was installed promptly. Excellent customer service!

Comment : Evergreen Subaru offers Express Service but said the wait for an inspection sticker was 2 hours!!! I've always used VIP for tires so I called them up and was in/out within 30 minutes. They are always super friendly and courteous.

Comment : I asked to have my light bulb and parking bulb replaced . They never replaced parking bulb. And the tech sat in my car with oily dirt all over seats . I'll never be back . UPDATE!!!VIP HAS MADE GOOD ON MY SOILED SEATS. And I have an appointment for the parking light. Thanks for following up Lisa & VIP
