I live out of state and was in Lewiston to help my elderly Mom. Noticed a headlight on my car was out. I called the nearest Toyota dealership and they didn't have any appointments available to fix before I had to travel back to Maryland. Called two other car repair places and they never picked up the phone. Remembered the VIP I drove by and saw all the excellent reviews. They installed a new headlight and gave me a discount for being a veteran. I was very thankful and impressed with the service from all the employees.
