Comment : I just wanna say that the crew at VIP are all such wonderful people. My dad worked as assistant manager at the ORiley's attached and he always handled my car stuff. After he passed away suddenly in October 2023 I've had to learn to handle it on my own. The VIP crew have been nothing but kind and helpful, putting up with every moment of paranoia I have over my Jeep. I trust them so much and I appreciate the hard work they do. Thank you guys for putting up with me and helping. Im so thankful to have a reliable place to go for my Jeep.

Comment : Went in bc of brakes. They checked both front and back. Lucky I did they were bad. They checked the rest of important things and got me on my way. Thanks guys your the best

Comment : Mark was so helpful, accommodating and pleasant. I needed a battery & just stopped in, Mark gave me an appointment for later in the day & then a short time later received a text the car was ready early. I would definitely recommend and will return.

Comment : My battery died, just like that. I called VIP was able to get an appointment within 2 hours.
By the time I got my car jumped and to the shop, they were just about ready to change out my battery.
It was a very simple, easy and quick fix.
The two employees were kind, easy to talk with and professional.
Thank you so much for all their help.
