Comment : I had asked for my snow tires to be mounted, have a front end alignment. The attendant was polite and professional and was able to schedule the work on short notice. So here is what i observed.
My summer tires were not marked WHEN REMOVED for rotating purposes in the spring. I purhased the winter tires from VIP several years ago. I purchased a life time front end alignment over 3 years ago that was reported completed but I was not given the printed documents. I was told it was fine! Then I insisted to see the results and i was told I would have to bring my jeep back tomorrow so they could run the machine on my jeep to get the data from the machine. This is wrong and I want it made right!
