Comment : My VIP in Portsmouth NH had a full schedule yesterday. I tore a hole in one tire and went to VIP. They were so nice and squeezed me into their schedule. I was so thankful! And they were so polite and checked in on me while i waited. Very happy with service provided.

Comment : Had ABS issue, the staff at VIP (Portsmouth) took the time correctly diagnose the issue and repair it. They also explained everything to me and showed me what the issue was. This is my go to place for auto repair and service.

Comment : We are from central Maine but our van broke down close to NH and we had it towed to the Portsmouth VIP. I spoke with Favian who showed so much courtesy and respect in his communication with me. While explaining that it was the weekend and the van may not be worked on till Monday, he was patient, kind, and understanding of our situation. He was true to his word in every way. I also spoke with Mike the auto technician who was also so respectful and patient in explaining the car situation without being condescending. This type of customer service really stands out and I wanted to encourage prospective customers to consider their vehicle service needs at this particular VIP location. Thank you again.
