Comment : If I could give zero stars I would. Had the oil changed in my son's car 12/7/2025, he's a UMO student home for the weekend. He didn't even make to Bangor and the Low Oil light came on. It's a reasonable expectation to assume the oil change would be done correctly. We had it towed to Dealership in Bangor.

Comment : I had called around the area in search of studded snow tires after a competitor couldn’t get any in for an appointment I had scheduled. I went to VIP that same morning and they got me right in, had studded snow tires and was able to do an oil change! The warranty on the tires is a deal and the service is so friendly and helpful.

Comment : I called VIP in an emergency. I had a flat tire that wouldn't inflate. They took me in immediately saying I might have to wait since they were booked solid. They squeezed me in, put the donut on and I was out in less than 20 minutes at no charge.

Comment : As many years that I've been going to VIP yesterday I'm driving down the road and I went by their old building on my way to Hannaford and I'm thinking the VIP means a lot of things and to me. It was very important people which is me if you understand that VIP They treat me anyway like a very important person and I love those guys. They're great I wouldn't go anywhere else, but to VIP.
