Comment : I made an appointment few days prior. Would love to have someone go back and listen to the call because I know it's recorded... And when I got to the store I also explained to the guy again so that It was clear that I wanted the new tires put on the rear and to switch the 2 fronts. I just realized that the tires I wanted In The rear are In the front. I knew I should have drawn a map for this task that I was clear about 2 times. I'm livid about it and don't recommend this place to anyone.... Just listen to the appointment call Soo frustrated.... Never will go back there... Someone wants to call me from corporate I'd love to explain this issue maybe they have more of a sense of how for the first time ever I've let VIP do work on my vehicle and it's probably going to be the last!!!So, all week long I pondered on it and I have to Re-Review.Nothing much to really pout about my truck runs better seeing I got the tires switched over.I made an appointment few days prior.
