Comment : They got the stuck lug nuts off…. But charged $14 for each replacement lug nut and didn’t ask if I wanted standard lug nuts or ford branded ones. Be clear what you want done, and the price before hand.

Comment : Always always receive fair and complete service in Norway!! Very knowledgeable mechanics!! This isn't VIP of the 90s folks. They have come a long way!! And the new manager Toby is top notch, friendly knowledgeable personable and straight forward!! Will come here anytime everytime I need service!! 10+ Strongly Recommend!!

Comment : Terrible, I made an appointment two weeks in advance to get an alignment, tire rotation, oil change and state inspection. The day before the appointment they called and said the couldn't do it that day and I had to reschedule. When I got there for the rescheduled appointment they told me the couldn't do it as they didn't have a mechanic that could do the state inspection and I had to reschedule again. On the third appointment they did the work and when finished they told me they didn't do the alignment because the alignment rack was tied up!!! Needless to say I am far from a happy customer...
