Comment : We use VIP for a couple of reasons. First one is they've always treated us fairly on repairs and generally do a great job. Another is the ability to get a vehicle in on short notice for an unexpected issue. Garth, Bobby, and the rest of the crew do a good job with progress updates as well.

Comment : JOKE (should be ZERO stars)! Called yesterday afternoon to inquire about fixing a slow leak in my tire. I was told that the place was about to close, so I asked about this morning. I mentioned that I had a 9:00 AM doctor appointment in Nashua, and would be going right by the store in the morning. I was told "...come in at 7:30 AM and we can get you in/out quickly." Got there a bit early, and there were two others waiting at the door. After waiting for the village idiot to check in the other two (who were LEAVING THEIR CARS THERE), I was told that he only had one worker there. Well, I had a 10 minute job, and he couldn't get me in and was told I had to WAIT! I ended up at Mavis Tire in Nashua they got me in at 8:00 and I was on the road by 8:17AM. I was EARLY for my Dr. appointment. Looks like Very UNIMPORTANT Person Tire will not be getting my +/- $2,000.00 new tire Job later this Spring, and the tire replacements for my wife's Subaru, which still have the original crap tires that came with the car. There's another +/- $1500 tire job VIP just lost, and as the dentist says, "NEXT", for there is plenty of competition for tires in our area!JOKE (should be ZERO stars)! Comment : The customer service at this VIP is exemplary! I ve brought my car in for regular maintenance as well as major repairs over the years. Every experience I ve had has been positive! The service advisors and mechanics are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. On the service side, I recently had the pleasure of working with Rick and Bobby. No one is ever happy having to spend money on a relatively expensive vehicle repair job. However, because of their superior customer service and more than fair pricing, I was able to get through the process unscathed! :).
