Comment : Great team overall, Chris was really helpful in giving me advice about a tire problem, which helped guide my decision to have the work done with them, prices were better than other places in nearby Nashua, and even little things like the coffee and snack selection in the lounge area shows they care about their customers. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for anything I need in the future.

Comment : This is my go to place when I need my car fixed. Recently, I needed a new water pump for it and It was going to cost a lot of money when I talked to someone there. He told me that I could not use my discounts, and was kind of making excuses.

However, when I went in, I dealt with the usual people I deal with (Rick and Bobby as always awesome to me and the manager, Garth, is cool as well). Rick was able to help me find discounts. That was a huge load off my mind.

As always, VIP came through for me and Rick helped me forget about the conversation I had with this other person. Thanks, guys!!!

Comment : Chris was very very professional at the counter. Made me feel very comfortable, was super super knowledgeable and wise. Glad I brought my baby to them they treated her very well and we're extremely quick with an appointment. Will most certainly go here anytime my girl needs an alignment. 100 percent recommend.

Comment : Hot trash tried 2x taking in fleet vehicles and denied after they told me to bring them in. We are technicians we don't have time to drop off vehicles and wait for hours for a small leak on a simple tire fix. Your customer service is absolutely mediocre at best get some help in that department .I get it we are all too busy body to not pay attention to detail but this is ridiculous do better!
