Comment : Had an oil. That's it. Customer service was great as usual. The technician was awesome. But $92 for an oil change is outrageous.

Comment : The lies that come out of this place are totally insane. My family members regularly frequent this location and they’re told: your brakes are bad, your alignment is bad, blah, blah, blah, blah. Then out of concern they come to see me. Alignment is bad?

Weird.

We just replaced all the bad steering components and did a four wheel alignment, so what exactly is bad?

“Oh it’s real bad, here is a graphic with lots of RED! Red means BAD! REAL BAD!”

Please, for the love of god, find a reputable automotive technician you can trust. “Your brakes are bad” are words used by parts changers: not automotive technicians. You as a customer deserve clear communication and explanations as to what is wrong with your vehicle and the corrective action needed to fix it.

Sure, some of the vehicles systems in modern cars are complicated and difficult to understand, but an experienced service advisor can explain it to the layman with ease.

VIP parts changers give real automotive technicians and diagnosticians a bad name and sew distrust in the industry and customer base. Find a local company, family owned and operated. Stay away from big box stores. I understand that can be a difficult task but I assure you there are good honest technicians and business out there. Vehicles break just fine on their own so there’s literally no reason to lie, steal, and cheat people out of their hard earned money when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repair.

Their priority and concern will always be shareholders and dividend checks: NOT the safety of you, your family, and all those we share the road with.
