Comment : VIP Tires and Auto was initially a good place. I had to fix my parking brake in an emergency and they took me in. Outside of that it was all bad experiences.: 1. The emergency brake was not fixed correctly. 2. They damaged my vehicle, driver door. It was pretty easy for me to spot the damage once I saw the vehicle even with all the rain that was falling during that weekend. 3. They refuse to reply to my emails or have any sort of contact with me. 4. They show no accountability or even a willingness to speak with me regarding the issue. The manager, Mr. Ottman, Replied to on an email and then I never heard from the store or from the customer service e-mails they provide (from their website ever again).VIP Tires and Auto was initially a good place. Comment : Fantastic experience and highly-regarded customer service!My granddaughter just had her VW Beetle in for an inspection.As a grandfather, I???m always looking out to ensure she has a safe vehicle to drive, especially for the longer road trips to/from college.During the inspection, the rear tires were found to be in need of replacement.When I reached out to clarify the situation, I was quite impressed with the expert guidance and no-pressure consultation offered by Isaac.After talking through a couple of items that needed attention in the near future, we settled on rear tire replacement with clarity around the additional service elements that were deferred at this time.Thank you Isaac??? Comment : Excellent service at Merimacks VIP! I set my appointment up online and ordered tires a couple days before. On the day of my appointment the on-site manager, Isaac was great throughout the process! I had some additional work done, and they were able to give me a reasonable quote (including my military discount!) and perform the work so I didnt have to come back. Comment : I needed a last minute inspection and they took me the same day. I told them I was on a tight timeline and they did everything to get me checked out on time. . The customer service was excellent and the staffer was Polite and courteous.

Comment : I went to three different shops to get quotes for tires and went with VIP. Alissa, the service manager, was beyond helpful. She took the time to explain all the different options in tires and showed me (using a diagram) the difference in what may be the problem. She helped me settle on tires that were best for my needs as I do a lot of driving. She didn???t try to sell me the most expensive ones. She was very kind to all the customers that came into the shop and greeted each one as though the phone wasn???t ringing off the hook (which it was)!
