Comment : This went from 5 stars last year to one. One staff member (T) refused to acknowledge me when I walked in to the register for an extended period of time, eventually asking me "who I was there for" and when I let them know I was there for an appointment they replied "Oh" and then went back to do what they were doing while I stood there awkwardly for what felt like forever. Finally they left the room without acknowledging they would help me whatsoever. I almost walked out but felt bad because I had made an appointment.

Eventually another one came in and was super friendly and got me started, took my keys. Things were looking better. I actually told this staff member that the first had treated me poorly.

Unfortunately the same staff member (T) who had blown me off came back and told me they couldn't plug my tired and I needed to replace all 4.

Then he asked me what I used my car for and proceeded to point at tires trying to option close me through expensive sets of tires "high mileage" or "snow tires" . Then option close me through the high mileage tires ect.

He treated me like a dollar sign never once asking me what I wanted. When I told him I just wanted my car back he finally came back and let me know they had accidentally changed my oil with "Hey at least you got a free oil change". I had just paid for an oil change last week.

I will not be back here again. Thanks for wasting my time.

Comment : On a Sunday afternoon, I dropped my car off to have a tire with a slow leak repaired… and the 3 fellows working stayed open a whole extra hour to finish all the jobs that were booked! I picked my car up at 5:00 rather than being told “sorry, we weren’t able to get to it today”… I was SO PLEASED. BRAVO!! 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼
