Comment : Great work on my brakes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also performed and detailed inspection of the car and pointed out potentially problem areas. The app allow them to provide picture of these they found which is very helpful.

Comment : I strongly recommend Madawaska VIP. All of the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a variety of issues in need of repair, they took the time to show me and explained in detail what was needed, why and how much it would cost. The suggested studded tires have been amazing on the roads this winter. Thank you Madawaska VIP.

Comment : TERRIFIC OUTFIT. Checked something I was worried about one day, made an apppointment and came back the following day....employees BUSY and DIPLOMATIC and the store is very busy considering the rural northern Maine location on the Canada border. About half by chance and half guided by a positive set of experiences with the Houlton location, I discovered "my" preferred tire and mechanic shop in northern Aroostook County. Gary manages the funnel and the billing; Mike is the guy with the tech answers.
