Comment : Don?t fall for their multi point inspection scam. I replaced a wheel bearing on my truck on a Friday afternoon. While I was under the truck I found a leaking oil pan gasket, a torn cv boot, and a dry rotted sway bar bushing. Figured I?d bring my truck in to the shop for a multi point inspection to get a good idea of what should be addressed first. After their inspection they said they only found I need wheels and tires. When asked about the other issues I found prior, which I have dated photographs of, they replied with ?well we didn?t see those?. Place seems to be a tire shop and not much more. Attatched are the three prior issues photographed the day before the shop failed to identify them with their ?inspection?.

Comment : The people and the service is always exceptional. When we moved to where we presently live, I had tried numerous shops but once I tried the VIP in Londonderry, I have not gone anywhere else since.

Comment : Went to VIP, for what I believed was an emergency oil change today. I checked my oil on my lunch break and when it wasnt even on the stick, called my local VIP and they squeezed me in right after work. Not only did they change my oil, I had learned a lot and appreciated the information on my specific vehicle. Mike and his team were awesome, highly recommend 👌
