Comment : David and others helped me when my car was broken down a long way from home,
and got it back running quicker than I could have hoped or thought. Excellent service, they fixed the problems as quickly as they diagnosed them and were communicative about it.

Comment : Staff was friendly and super knowledgeable. They had all the things I needed and they knew exactly where to find them. The staff at this place were awesome! Everyone was friendly and actually knew what they were talking about. I found what I needed, and they had it all, no problem. Plus, they could point me right to it without me having to wander around confused. Seriously, great customer service!

Comment : It was ninety five degrees.And my A C was struggling. I called VIP, and they took me right in then topped off the refrigerant. It's so much better thank you guys

Comment : What a great experience. You know the drill -- out of stater pushes 2011 car into the mountains of NH, and the mountains win. Our brakes started to grind and smell like burning as we rode them on our final descent to cabin. Took car to VIP expecting the worst. They fit me in right away and had us on the road again in barely over an hour. Brakes just needed cleaning/regreasing, and all for under $200 when they could've soaked us. Kudos to Dave and the team for helping us avoid a lost weekend.
