Comment : I have never been more impressed by an Automotive Service Center than I am with VIP in Littleton, NH.Today, my change oil light came on so naturally, I brought it to be changed.After about 10 minutes, the gentleman who was working on my car came in & told me I still had at least 3K more miles before needing an oil change. He checked all of the fluids & said that the oil was clean & consistent with not needing a change yet.They could ve easily taken advantage of me as a vulnerable woman but they didn t & I am so grateful for their honesty.I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing an honest mechanic.10 out of 10 Stars for me I have never been more impressed by an Automotive Service Center than I am with VIP in Littleton, NH. Comment : The VIP team was great. They answered the phone on a Sunday and helped me get an early appointment the next morning. They quickly found the problem with my steering and only replaced the part that had failed. They even showed me a few issues I need to take care of soon, but did not pressure me. I was bracing for a big bill, but they were able to just charge me an hour for diagnosing/repairing the issue. I will go back any time for service or repairs in the future. Comment : We were staying at the Mt. Washington Hotel from out of state and we discovered our parking brake had frozen up on left rear. Called a half dozen repair shops and nobody could help us until the next day or even worse ten days out but we needed to head home. We called VIP Littleton and Cory answered the phone and said they could take a look that afternoon. Tow truck got me there around 3:30 and they got right on it. Don't have the tech's name but he was able to get the brake freed up right away by popping the clutch in gear. Cory and the tech said since it took so little time, there would be no charge.
