Comment : I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment for four new tires and checked in early at 7:45. Before 8, I overheard staff saying they only had three of the four tires and might need to transfer one from another store. I assumed it wasn’t my car — because surely, they’d tell me if it was, and they wouldn’t have checked me in without everything they needed to do the job.

After waiting an hour and a half with no update, I finally asked and was told they’d ordered the fourth tire. When I said I had to leave for a meeting, I learned they’d already removed all my tires, installed three new ones, and that I’d “just have to wait” for the last — with no idea when it would arrive.

Because of this lack of communication, a critical work commitment of mine was severely disrupted — with real consequences for someone depending on me to be available. They blamed being “busy,” but I was the only customer there for the first hour.

The representative who actually caused the issue avoided dealing with it altogether, leaving another employee to face the fallout. That employee handled my frustration wonderfully, even when I was incredibly upset, having let a client down and knowing the impact it had. I genuinely felt bad for them — they were professional and polite, trying to fix a mess they didn’t create.

Had anyone simply communicated the issue before starting work, I would have completely understood and gladly rescheduled for another day. Instead, they started a job they couldn’t finish and left me stranded for hours. This wasn’t poor communication — it was no communication at all.

Comment : Service center folks were great to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. It’s nice to get a buy three get one free deal but I felt pressured into getting th Goodyear credit card and regret it.

Comment : Got us in and out within a few hours on a Sunday. We had low oil pressure due to a quick-lube not properly tightening our oil filter. Great communication, explained the diagnosis, and super friendly!
