Comment : Always excellent service at VIP Laconia. They go above and beyond and are super friendly. Both my husband and myself have purchased tires there in the last year. We go for State inspections and oil changes too.

Comment : I called set up an appointment they answered the phone and a timely event and they were very courteous on the phone. When I asked for the price of the alignment that I was looking for they quoted me a price of $115 said that they were having a special. It was a little bit better price than what I could get so I scheduled the appointment. Dropped off the car the night before. The next day I received a text saying that the car is completed and the price will be $139. When I went to pick up the car I addressed it with him and said I was quoted 1:15 I'm not trying to get away with anything but I cannot prove it and he did give me the price however said that he had a last month's special of $100 and doesn't know of any deals that are at $115. He did give it to me and that was good however, did not give me a receipt of what the results were of my alignment. I have no idea what they did or did not do for my money and usually I get a printout of exactly the adjustments that were needed. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience however it just did not feel thorough and the gentleman at the counter started blaming when you make the call in it could go to any store which tells me that the sale prices are not corporate driven they are whatever the counter person feels like quoting.

Addendum:
Gary from the store called me today and we had a really productive conversation and he was really excellent to work with. He asked the right questions and really wanted to learn about how they could make their customer service better. I appreciate him and I learned that Jackie who is a rockstar there also is still working for the company so if you ever need tires she's the girl to go to. I also learned through the process of the conversation that VIP has been learning from their past mistakes and they hire ASU certified mechanics. That was good to know. Good job Gary thank you for your phone call and being respectful.

Comment : My head light was out. I could not go out at night until fixed. They got me in next day! They were very accommodating , helpful. The staff was personal and professional . I would recommend them.

Comment : Wow! Super service, pricing and on time care with a 😃 smile. I needed the caps on my tire stems replaced do to a mistake I made using metal caps. Thinking I might need full stem replacement along with new sensors a up to $100 each tire (4) needed.
They got my caps off at a price of $49.
Thank you Fitz and all at VIP it truly is what it's name implies..
